We couldn’t use the hot water on 27 dec- 28 dec (1 day) because of the boiler issue.

Staff are very welcoming and friendly, room was very clean. Bed in very firm but pillows are very good and comfortable.

Second visit to a Z hotel and I believe they have it right for a small room hotel. The room is the size it is and as long as you are happy with that you will be happy with the quality, cleanliness, extras and most of all the service the staff need to be commended.

Excellent value stay at Z Hotel. Very clean, comfy beds, staff friendly and helpful. Free cheese and wine and hot drinks were a very welcome and lovely touch. Great location too, Would definitely stay again. Only let down by 1 thing - breakfast - £7 for a bacon sandwich and a small glass of juice was very poor value.

Stayed here for one night great staff clean and tidy had everything we needed and great location. Plenty of bars and restaurants around it 15-20 min walk to m&s arena where we were heading no complaints 5 min walk to a car park didn’t stay for breakfast so can’t comment would definitely stay again

Everything was spot on! The staff were friendly. Hotel clean. Asked for extra hangers, towels and milk, mo thing was too much trouble. Allowed us to check-in a little earlier than stated, also kept our suitcases most of our last day. Hotel was perfectly located, easy to walk to everything, train station, wetherspoons, cavern 1 min away, albert docks 10mins walk, didn't use 1 uber. Free WiFi at the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel chain. Look forward to next time.
