My favourite place to stay in Liverpool, and probably the whole of the UK. The spa is amazing and is true to the advertised pictures, in fact it's even better because they don't show off everything there! The rooms are spotless and so lovely, the staff are all super friendly and polite and cannot do enough to help. Treat yourself to an amazing high class experience for reasonable prices. The thermal journey is an absolute must.

The front staff of the hotel were very nice. The room was okay, and I could hear people talking in the next room and the hallway, but it didn't bother me because there were no noisy guests. The first problem was that the location was not good, with poor access to Lime Street Station and tourist spots. Also, the road to the hotel was mostly uphill, which made it difficult. I think it's a good hotel with no issues other than the location.

Hope Street Hotel is my favourite hotel in the UK. The hotel itself is lovely, however the staff (specifically Rosa) always make me feel welcomed back and take a genuine interest in how life and work are going. I could not recommend Hope Street Hotel higher.

Good location. Nice hotel. Not so hospitable regarding early check in or late check out. (Within 30min). The pools are not part of the stay which was not clear booking on *******.

The hotel is very good and the location is great. The bed was not the best and really noisy. It squeaked loudly with only the slightest movement, especially getting in our out of it.

A single night visit for a theatre trip. Check in was easy, staff were helpful and the room was comfortable and clean.

Great location close enough to walk anywhere but far enough away from the noise of the city centre.

Lovely hotel, beautiful view over Liverpool from our bedroom window. Excellent location for the Liverpool Phil- will definitely stay again.

Room was very noisy, +2 single beds. I haven’t slept in a single bed for years and obviously couldn’t sleep!! The room itself was clean and tidy but on the main street so loads of noise throughout the night. My biggest upset was the staff in the restaurant and the bar, as I sat there for 20 minutes waiting to be served with my partner. I asked if anybody was going to come up and take our order. I was told somebody would come over, another four customers went to the bar and got served whilst the girl just looked at us!! I complained to the duty manager, Who spoke to someone, it took another 5 to 10 minutes for somebody come over and speak to us!! This was a young girl, very nice, but had nothing to do with any of the waiting staff. At that point we just left!! we were spoken to by the assistant manager from the bar. He offered us two drinks to take to our room, but the point was, I was waiting to get a drink to sit to have a nightcap with my partner after a very nice evening out, they just didn’t seem to understand the problem we left this morning will not be going back, which is a great shame because it’s ideally placed, but I feel service is everything!! and it’s something that is sadly lacking at the hope Street hotel.
