Das Haus ist kurz vor der Fußgängerzone top gelegen, man kann am Berg gegenüber fast bis zum Haus abfahren. Dazwischen liegen nur eine Reihe Häuser und die Straße. Das Haus hat 6 Tiefgaragenplätze gegen Gebühr und jede Menge kostenlose Parkplätze vor und hinter dem Haus. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, hören zu und setzen Wünsche oder Anregungen sofort um. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben auch mehrere deutsche Kanäle. In meinem Zimmer auch kleine Minibar, schöner Balkon, bequemes Bett. Frühstück ist sehr gut, im Moment durch Corona keine Selbstbedienung am Büffet, aber alles an Essen wird einem vor-/zubereitet. Getränke (Kaffee, Tee, Wasser, Saft, Prosecco, etc.) zur Selbstbedienung. Obwohl die beiden Maschinen Vollautomaten sind, ist der Espresso perfekt. Klar, in Italien kommt man mit schlechtem Kaffee nicht weit. ;-) Es gibt eine kleine Bar, an der man entweder sitzen kann, oder man kann sich die Getränke auch mit auf's Zimmer nehmen. Das beste ist jedoch der Wellness- und Fitnessbereicht. Ich war 2 x trainieren, alles super sauber, nur die neuesten Geräte, fast alle von TechnoGym, das ist mega. Dazu der neue Spa. Am Eingang ist ein junger Mann, der einem ein Handtuch gibt, aber auch Drinks macht und ggf. Termine zur Massage oder Kosmetik bucht. Dampfbad, Bio-Sauna, Finnische Sauna, großer Indoor-Pool mit kleinem Durchgang zum Outdoor-Whirlpool. Einfach super, hier im warmen, sprudelnden Wasser auf die verschneite Landschaft zu schauen. Ich habe mich auch 3 mal Massieren lassen (Fitness, Sport, Relax). Alle 3 Varianten waren in der Intensität verschieden und die Masseurin ist super freundlich und kompetent. Alles in allem super! Ich kann es komplett empfehlen. Ich war 5 Tage dort und begeistert!
