It was a very good stay for us (a family incl. two young children).
- The room was tidy and convenient. All necessary bedding, towels were provided. A kettle was provided too.
- The hotel-provided free WiFi was good enough to get us going
- There are ample charging points for our mobiles.
- Bathroom was clean and spacious with hot water.
We haven't had an opportunity to have the breakfast there, but heard its good as well.
- Ample space available for parking
- A huge Sainsbury's superstore was just on the other side of the road
All in all, its a very safe, quiet and convenient stay. I'd recommend this to my friends for sure.

Young lad on reception checking us in quite rude with a none plussed attitude making us feel we was a chore not paying guests. From that point on did not feel relaxed in the pub , however the room was pleasant enough and quiet.

Checked in at the pub next to accommodation block. The room was fine perhaps would benefit with a little tlc one wall looked liked there had been a leak due to dried water marks. Only given 2 sugars and 1 teabag for 2 night stay. No problem asking for more but really should not have had to. Sleep disturbed by noise like knocking from pipeworks or the heating at one point thought there was water gushing in. This happened a couple of times during both nights. In the room they advertise 4 types of breakfast. However different story at the restaurant and wqs only able to have the basic continental not worth the money and the works breakfast buffet which only provided scrambled eggs. Again over priced for the variety and quality. On plus side convienet for the retail parks.
