This hotel was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. It was nasty and smelled terrible. The night male attendant was rude, dirty and he smelled as well. The carpet in the hall and room was dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the hotel opened. The television services never worked. We couldn't watch television the entire stay. The phone didn't work. When I told the night attendant he said he would tell maintenence the next day. Trash was by the bed. The pullout sofa bed was Trash. I wouldn't let anyone sleep on this. The king size bed was hard as a rock. We woke up sore. Mold was on the ceiling in the room. It looked like dry blood was on the wall. We was scare to eat breakfast at this place because how nasty it was. I pay $207 for one night. It was not worth it. See attached pictures.

Offered no information about stay. The room smelled moldy, carpet horrible, tub was dirty and NO shower curtain. The exterior had old mattresses and trash laying all around a storage building behind hotel. We have stayed a many Laquinta hotels and this one was pitiful. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

To begin the story my 11 year old daughter found **** in the desk and coins in the night stand. So I pulled back the sheets and found hair in both beds. So they just made the beds and did not clean anything. The front desk argued with my wife saying that the room was cleaned and would not give us a new room. Eventually we got new sheets that we changed ourselves, went to Walmart and bought Lysol and cleaned the room ourselves also.

Unless they purchase new mattresses, you're going to be feeling uncomfortable. They appear very old and TOO FIRM (seriously). We woke up each day with lower back pain!

Grass was 2 feet tall. Desk clerk stayed outside on his cell phone if you could find him at all. Rooms stink. Carpet looked like it should've been replaced during the Civil War era. Room was dirty. Continental breakfast was nothing but cold cereal.

The worst LaQuinta I’ve ever stayed at. The entire place smelled of mold, the furniture was in poor condition and the staff was definitely lacking customer service skills.

This hotel is dirty and disgusting. The hotel staff is also not friendly. It smells from the moment you walk in and doesn’t get any better.

"Rooms Can NOT BE switched. Come back at 9am" I(It's 3am and I'm in the lobby waiting for 9am to see if I can get anything rectified) You take the good, the staff; you take the Bad.... ‍♀️I am disgusted and appalled. when I here La Quinta I understand (typically) affordable nice. When I hear Wyndham I think high their. Alas here, La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Livingston, they dropped the ball on a few things. The top one being the purpose of stay in a hotel/motel, inn, a "suite", and that is usually SLEEP and COMFORT. It's 230am I'm hearing my neighbors tv, waking my from slerp, fine, I'll try to make adjustments to not go knocking. I'll move closer to the a/c to drown it out, sleep on the pullout sofa, It Is Not even usable, the support for the so called "bed" is busted AND The Matress , there are No sheets so, I take them from the bed ohhhnooo Is that blood stains?!? I'm currently curled up, yes on protector, in the farthest corner away from said mattress stain. I just paid $171, a last minute mandatory stay for this night and based on reviews, this may not be the only room like that, I can't afford to waste my night, and I can't sleep in the vehicle. Spoke with one "in charge" for the night, nothing will be done. No room change, no refund. but I could "get sheets for the pull out sofa (that's broke) or sleep on the blood stained mattress" The other things, is the a/c, has not had a cleaning, The shower head lacks a desire of use, the microwave has remnants of evidence of the prior guests. (luckily I'm here ONLY one night and don't need use of that) a simple check-in, swift and efficient. There is a friendly note left from the one who prepped the room, a nice little touch. Property is smoke-free and seems to have held true to that policy. Coffeemaker, fridge and microwave , iron and ironing board available in room, as well as free WiFi. Breakfast is available, and parking is free and a washer and dryer for minimal fee.

I saw that this was the #1 of 5 hotels in Livingston and went with it before reading the reviews. So this is on me. The front desk is sparsely occupied at night or in the morning. When we checked in, the clerk gave us the keys but no envelope with the room number or the wifi code - we were told to memorize the 5 digit code. There was one luggage cart available but that was fine for unloading. The lobby and hall were hot and stuffy but that was because a security door was propped open at the end of the hall. I went down the hall and closed it and was met with a glaring person who watched me walk down the hall and then went and propped it open again. Open to anyone at all. We had a room on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor lobby wasn't any cooler than the 1st floor but the room itself had good ac. Tried to get the TV working but nothing. Looked behind and the html cable from the "wally" cable box was unplugged. Plugged it in and manually turned on the TV and the cable box as the remote was not doing anything. Channel selection was poor and if you went too far, you ran into codes that had to be entered to see anything. Had to turn everything back off and on to get back to the limited channels you could see. So then, I figured out why the cable box hdmi cable was disconnected - people just gave up. I connected my computer to the same hdmi connector and used it to watch the debate with my Spectrum TV app. (I did reconnect everything back after I was finished watching). There are 4 lights in the room and 3 in the bathroom. 2 of the lights in the room did not have bulbs. One of the two vanity lights in the bathroom was out and it was covered in a smoky residue. The bathtub was slicker than owl "stuff" so put a towel in it to prevent myself from slipping. The water was strong and hot. The sink didn't hold water when stopped up so just kept the water flowing while shaving. The room did have a nice refrigerator and working microwave. The bed was comfortable but the pillows really small. The ice maker worked on the 3rd floor. It was beat up but working. Breakfast - well, there's a McDonalds near here so just skip the hotel breakfast and head there. They had some dried up eggs, cold biscuits in a glass display and sausage links. Some muffins and coffee. There may have been more bread but the eggs turned me off just by the look. For checkout, the lone luggage cart was gone and after 30 minutes had not reappeared so figured it was just stuck in a room. Got out a loading cart I had in the car and used that to pack out. Waited about 10 minutes for someone to show up at the desk (this was at 9:15am) and checked out. If this is the #1 hotel in Livingston, I'm glad we didn't stay at #2! We'll find accomodations at another place when we visit again.
