Awesome place. Very attentive staff. Free transfer from the border. Tasty Indian food in the restaurant. The only bad point was WiFi which was problematic.

Stay at Fairmount hotel was like staying at home, the staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. The experience was overall excellent - Euphrasia called to check about the airport pick up, Dawney ensured that there was internet by providing me with a mobile router. Ms. Anita and Ms. Subhasini the GM of the hotel ensured a comfortable stay. The highlight of my stay was the Indian food that i took every day - Kadai Chicken and Mutton Rogah Josh with Garlic naan and Tandoori roti were excellently prepared by well trained chef. Thank you everyone for making my stay very comfortable and memorable.

We stayed in the fairmont hotel for 2 nights. We were made to feel very welcome. The staff go above and beyond for their guests. The food was exceptionally nice and the rooms had everything we needed. They helped us with an airport issue we had and we really appreciate this . Thank you once again fairmont and we hope to see you again

The hotel was exactly what we expected, however......Alan, the duty manager, was AMAZING and made us feel like abolute royalty! He was fully engaged with us and tended to all our needs! I would highly recommend the hotel, especially to experience Alan's service. Thank you Alan for making our trip special!

ホテルは町中の比較的便利なところにあり、隣におみやげ物マーケットがあり、中心地に向かう間にATMや両替所、ミニマートなどもあり、必要なものは大体そろう感じです。
ホテルにはプールがあり、プールサイドのベンチでくつろげます。
レストランではローカルフードも頼むことができます。
スタッフの皆さんは皆さん親切な方でした。

This would be the worst place to stay in, from the hospitality team, admin and even the OWNER - Yes you heard right the OWNER - who actually was on the verge of man handling me after i requested to be accommodated in a room that literally resembled the one i had booked to stay in. The Air con did not work - and to my surprise still got charged an arm and a leg to stay in this filthy place .............................
