Beautiful location, very comfortable and silent spa. A little more attention to the customer would not hurt.

As befits a 5-star hotel, the service was the best! If you travel to Europe, you will know when you check out, but you have to pay additional taxes, so check it out and travel. And the spa is 40 euros (per person), so I recommend doing it.

Very old hotel. Comfortable rooms but the towels and some chipped walls and furniture do not correspond to a five star. They asked me for a taxi to go to the port and in the end a person from the hotel appeared who then made me change cars at the entrance of the port and took me to a place that was not charging me 25 euros. He wanted to charge me more to take me to the right place... The hotel is responsible for this because the initial car was owned by a person from the hotel

Upon arrival having made a reservation online, we already had the assigned room.The manager saw my wife in a wheelchair and said to wait a moment.On his return he personally accompanied us to the new accommodation, a wonderful suite with all the accessories for people non-ambulatory. very good breakfast

5-star hotel only for the atmosphere you breathe, check in with a credit card request as a guarantee and no one to accompany you to the room... clean rooms but no attention to detail, windows to be restored with shutters that don't close and flat shower quite shabby…minimal bathroom set. Hotel parking at €18 per day as well as breakfast, nothing excellent that cannot be found even in mid-range hotels if you consider that this is also served at the price of €18 per person. The swimming pool is beautiful in location and is located on the fifth floor and from which you can admire the panorama of Livorno.

The team wants to help all the time - mostly all friendly - spa lady was a bit fierce if you don’t have swim caps on but good and drink all great (except the steak avoid) the place is a bit tired on the building but Italian charm and grandeur a plenty. Great location - bus and train to pisa easy and seafront gorgeous sunsets.

The staff were friendly and professional and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Alessia at the reception was exceptionally helpful, she helped us with train tickets, room changes and generally really nice to talk to she really made our week a very enjoyable stay. The fifth floor bar was a great place to end our nights with great staff especially Valerio. Our room with sea views and balcony gave wonderful views of the setting sun over the sea. Breakfast had a varied choice to suit all and again staff professional and friendly. We will definitely be returning.

Terrible experience at the hotel. Booked two suites, upon check-in one of suites looked like someone just had woken up from the bed. The bed was unmade with used robes and towels laying on the floor. Was very shocked and reception said then please wait and give them 8 minutes to clean up. Second room, given the very awkward experience we went to check early-on, asked if a fan can be given as the aircon in the bedroom does not seem to be working hence zero air circulation. Given the feedback, no fan and make sure my windows are fully closed. (I have not touch the window upon going into the room). 30 mins later asked again and they admit it’s broken and told us to wait another 10 minutes to see a new room or if not they will fix the aircon. We had our appointment that we need to head out to, so after 10 minutes we asked them and they said the new room they were going to show us we need to wait another 7 minutes. We told them we no longer have the time to wait around and to pack and unpack again so please kindly sort out the aircondition (please note that this is Italy summer time so it’s very hot). I called the hotel again at 7pm to make sure that everything I asked was done (aircon fixed, sofa bed set up) as my small kids will be exhausted when we arrived back at the hotel at 9pm. And of course upon arrival again we came into the bedroom and yet there was no aircon, no air, was told can open the windows but also risk bugs coming in. Diaster. Total nightmare. Can’t wait to leave this hotel.
