Central hotel a few steps from the center. The room was welcoming and spacious. King size bed, fairly large bathroom.
Excellent breakfast and lastly qualified and very kind staff.

Hotel situato in ottima posizione sia per visitare la città sia per il porto traghetti. La struttura esterna è gradevole anche se visibilmente non moderna. Abbiamo pernottato due notti in un una doppia "superior". Camera grande al secondo piano con un letto matrimoniale e persino un lettino supplementare. Portafinestra con apertura su di un balconcino e vista direttamente sul porto, di fronte la statua dei mori. Bagno con doccia un po' buio, ma ugualmente con portafinestra. Unica nota dolente il mobilio di bassa qualità e vetusto, del resto come il mobilio nella hall. Personale molto efficiente e gentile. Ci era piaciuto così al ritorno di un tour a Lucca abbiamo deciso di passare un'altra notte in una standard e siamo finite al terzo piano, ugualmente con vista porto, ma camera molto piccola, bagno senza finestra, perdita d'acqua sul pavimento e problemi con l'elettricità che è saltata tre volte. Mobilio di qualità anche inferiore. Data l'ottima posizione, con una ristrutturazione sarebbe un hotel fantastico, così è poco più di un tre stelle.

We stayed here a couple of days before taking a train to Rome. Rooms were clean and we were right across from the port. Everything we needed we could walk to. Chairs was so helpful at the front desk.

This is the second time staying here. Our room was on the second floor and had a balcony we could go out on and eat, relax or people watch. Very enjoyable. Chairs was so pleasant and helpful at the front desk. No matter how many times we asked questions or directions, she answered them with a smile. Sending o shot from the front of the hotel at night.
