雖然酒店較舊，設施裝修亦較舊，唯我們一致覺得房間很清潔，浴室也很整潔，亦很好睡，近火車站，去比薩斜塔都很方便。

Chambre propre et assez grande pour une famille de 4. Personnel agréable ! Seul les matelas du lit parental sont très ferme. Mais sinon bon séjour 👍

Nice place, very clean. My only concern was the parking lot. They don’t have one. I parked on the street, but I was told is very safe.

Hotel comodo per chi ha bisogno di avere a due passi la stazione di Livorno centrale. Nei dintorni c’è poco, quasi nulla, ed è abbastanza distante dal centro pedonale. Le stanze sono vecchie, necessiterebbe di una rinfrescata per mettersi in linea con i competitors.

This property was very conveniently located just a couple of hundred metres from the central train station, which was very handy for us doing day trips. It was immaculately clean with fresh linen daily and a great little balcony outside

I’m a female pensioner driving from France to Greece. I stopped halfway exhausted and got a room here for €100 per night. On checking in I realised I was surrounded by the 2 floors full of rowdy students 12/13 yrs old girls. The noise in the bare corridor-(teacher present) I asked for a room change. They said I could leave. I went to check out refused refund. The owner immediately threatened the police if I didn’t like it, followed me up to the room and in the middle of students continued to intimidate, threaten and humiliate me. I felt fear, slept dressed due to thinnest blanket. Horrible experience. Hospitality is not this terrible individuals calling. He was just plain nasty over a direct but not rude request. Thanks Italy. You can learn a lot from the Greeks.

Overnight stay as family.
Only 5 min walk from Livorno train station.
Clean room and quiet. Bed comfortable, big and clean bathroom.
Pisa is a short train journey (15 mins/£2.50 train fare one way). Accessible to airport as well (40 min by train).
Although we didn’t have breakfast as had to check out early, was told they serve breakfast early (6 am), would have rated higher if it is included in the room price.

It was nice and very clean. Bathroom was big.
I think the breakfast was a little expensive--£20
for a couple. £12 would be more fair.

Piccolo hotel , confortevolissimo e molto moderno . Camere spaziose con armadi e cassetti per riporre ordinatamente i vestiti , bagni ampi e attrezzatissimi. Personale cortese e sempre disponibile ad accontentare il cliente . Non ha parcheggio privato ma non ho mai avuto problemi a trovare posto per la macchina davanti all'hotel
