"We enjoyed the stay and the check in / checkout staff were lovely. I would say that the room wasn’t available for us to access which wasn’t the fault of the hotel. We had quite an issue with delays etc so it wasn’t worth getting a room a day early. We asked to use the gym which was enabled but there were no towels which made cleaning up after almost twenty hours of travelling difficult. I would also say that it would be better if front of hotel Parking was included in the room tariff"

"Nice property, nice room and location very near old town. The property is clean and bright. But the service was quite bad. the housekeeping didn't come, and by the time we call them, we were told that housekeeping is no longer available after 3pm. Its okay, we ask for a change of towels which took another 3 hours to arrive. Front office says there is nothing they can do about it, which is puzzling. This kinda spoilt my image of that place, that would otherwise be a pretty good hotel."

Special requests for higher floors were accommodated. The breakfast was plentiful. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip."
