Budget hotel that’s seems to think that because it’s cheap they don’t do any cleaning or maintenance here. Stains on carpets, dirty and hairy bed linen, staff uninterested in my concerns, shower had no pressure, many light bulbs out- this shows there’s no attention to detail. Didn’t eat breakfast the next morning, if the parts your guests can see are filthy then god knows what the kitchen standards are like. Plenty of budget hotels in the area, this has to be the worst by far. Avoid

Budget hotel but unacceptable overall!! Cutting corners on upkeep, facilities, cleanliness, don’t stay here !! Dirty carpets, lumpy bed, no power in shower, curtains don’t fit window properly, marks on bedding, when we mentioned this on our checkout we had no apology, just a response of it is a budget hotel!!!

Old hotel but very well kept and up to date. Comfortable bedroom but the rooms overlooking the park have a bit of noise from the road. Restaurant excellent with a menu that changes daily. Drinks are reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is absolutely god awful. Avoid at all costs. Cold, dirty rooms in a grotty and outdated hotel. Advertised features not there, things broken, no hot breakfast, awful smell of damp. Ibrahim and other staff are rude and incompetent and couldn't care less about your complaints. Place needs a complete overhaul. Never again.
