The apartment was spotless and the beds super comfy! We had a great weekend staying here - the kitchen is good with everything you need and the lounge has plenty of seating, the tele though was pointless as couldn’t get on any channels apart from the news! Then when on Netflix the wifi was so hit and miss it…the bedrooms were nice and large and lots of space for clothes etc. The stairs are a slight pain but we knew this before booking…the apartment was very quiet so got good nights sleep! Only thing I would suggest is a nice touch would be to have tea / milk etc on arrival as a few places I have stayed at before have done this as it’s always a nice touch. There is no parking but we paid to stay in the train station carpark for 4 days for just under £15 and a ten min walk away.

Really happy with our 2 night stay at this air b&b. Plenty of room, very comfortable and clean. Great location for us with our grandkids. We worried that noise from the street may be an issue but our fears were unfounded. If you have problems with stairs this may be an issue.

Stayed over Easter weekend, really nice apartment very clean and equipped with what we needed, maybe a comfy sofa in the living room area would be nice for family’s like us with toddler to relax when they go to sleep, alot of stairs but we knew when we booked,an over night stay car park down the road, there is noise at night tho I would say maybe down to a bank holiday

We stayed in Apartment 3 ('Gogarth') for a week. We travelled in by train. The train station is a leisurely ten minute walk from the accommodation. Nice clean apartment. New looking carpets, wooden flooring and decoratively in good order. Modern bathroom and kitchen, both very clean. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Decent washing machine. Dishwasher. Fire exit door within the apartment and another near the office in the corridor close to the apartment, Fire blanket next to cooker. We had no issues with the Wifi not working. There are quite a few stairs before you reach the apartment on the second floor. The entrance at ground level has a coded door which is a shared access door with The Blue Elephant Restaurant situated on the first floor. The first flight of stairs you see is the biggest one so it does get easier after that. It is a bit steep but after that there are some smaller amounts of steps at different stages. The entrance to the restaurant is via a separate door - you are not walking through the restaurant to access the apartment. There is a slight odour of curry in this area but it's not overpowering at all. You cannot smell curry in apartment. There is a second coded door on the first floor near the restaurant entrance. The apartment is situated a few minutes walk away from north beach, the pier, shops, cafes and restaurants. A few minor things that could be improved on - very few dessert spoons and teaspoons available and the glass tumblers were short and narrow. We bought plastic beakers which were larger and left them in the cupboard for others. Couldn't find any instructions for the microwave. The roller blind in the 2 double bed bedroom had no cord so had to be hand rolled instead. The owner responded promptly and courteously to my query about the induction cooker. The apartment is in the heart of the town which is busy day and night. We had a brilliant view from the apartment, with a sea view between the buildings and enjoyed a lot of people watching. There is some nightlife, as you would expect, but it didn't disturb our sleep as the bedrooms are on the opposite side of the apartment. Overall a very enjoyable stay with plenty to see and do close by.

i stayed here last year for 5 days. as soon as I entered the building there was no parking which was a struggle as I have little children. luckily my children are past the age of needing a pram/pushchair otherwise that would've been a struggle to climb three very steep flights of stairs. immediately I noticed many things damaged or broken in the apartment and there was not very much closet space. The amount of supplies ( towels, toilet roll, etc) was quite low. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and there was a sharp object on the actual structure of the bed. the mattress was very thin and I had to improvise and put towels down so it was a bit more comfortable. during the night time, there were many seagulls that did wake you up multiple times, however, that is uncontrollable. there was also a lot of disruption during 12 am-4 am this was due to people in town being quite loud and the windows were not double glazed meaning you could hear them very well. however, there was a lovely sea view from one of the apartments. the complex was in the middle of town meaning everything was near which was very convenient. if I were to go to wales again I don't think I would stay there again.

We had a great week in North Wales a couple of weeks back. This accommodation is ideally situated in the heart of Llandudno and equally well placed for exploring North Wales, Anglesey and Snowdonia. The appartment is well equipped and mostly clean - work surfaces and bathroom spotless - soft furnishings quite dirty. Additionally the communal staircases (and there are many!) and landings were extremely dirty. Oh and the toilet seat didn't fit - either the wrong one or badly installed. There is no on-site parking but plenty of nearby car-parks and on-street parking, though in the town there is a 90 min limit. The eateries nearby kept funny hour with the local chippy closing at 7 on the saturday evening! Would we stay again - maybe.

Wouldn’t stay here again, too many stairs which isn’t advertised. Says it’s on seafront, however it isn’t and you need to be at least 6 foot FB or a sea view!! No teaspoons of all things, and other utensils not available. Parking a bit of a nightmare as need to park on back streets if you can actually find a space!! No welcome pack ‘due to COVID’, however everywhere else we have stayed since COVID have provided a pack including tea, coffee, bread, butter, milk, sugar & niscuits.

Firstly they do mention stairs for the property, what they don’t mention is the amount of stairs and the awful smell from the Indian restaurant you have to pass on the way up, entrance is not very appealing, dirty and full of unpicked post and a food delivery when we arrived, carpets are stained and a used tissue was and still is sat there from the day before. The apartment is described as luxury, not really up to that standard, stains all over the walls, windowsills cracked, dirty windows, we had apartment 4 which was for a family of four, the so called sofa bed in the living area when put down was filthy with crumbs and stains, worktops had crumbs on and just looked really unkept, bedroom was actually better, looked clean but bedsheet had a large stain on. Did not feel Covid safe at all, seems someone just come in following the previous guests and give the place a quick surface wipe and left. We booked and paid for Monday to Thursday and my children wanted to leave on the Monday, we tried to see the positives but could not see any at all and we have left early after one night, have sent an email over to the owners but yet to receive a reply. Would I stay again, that would be a big no, my kids actually asked to sleep in the car, which leads on to the lottery of trying to find a parking space (not owners fault) we got lucky and found a space about a 10 min walk away, which is my ideal for luggage. I do hope the owners look at this as the location is great and this could be a gem if looked after properly and cleaned, we love Llandudno but this I am sorry to say has completely put us off returning.
