The breakfast staff were amazing and as busy as it was it ran so smoothly and our food came out quickly.

Left disappointed in need of revamp.got into my room 1hour late because it needed cleaning. Very average

Friendly staff and nice room!

The first time I came to the Welsh seaside town, there were blue sky, white clouds, little trains and little lambs. It was a paradise, really beautiful and suitable for a vacation. The hotel I stayed in had a history of a hundred years. The hotel was right by the sea, and I could see the sea from the room windows. The room was clean and had a large space. The hotel staff were enthusiastic and helpful. The breakfast was very good, a British service-style breakfast with a sense of ceremony.

It has very, very good staff. The facilities in the room may be a bit aging. Timely feedback can provide prompt service. If the situation cannot be solved in a short time, it will help to change the room. The network signal in the room will be weak (there will be difficulties in using Wi-Fi/data, which is caused by problems in the building itself. The network signal on the G floor is very good) The beach is on the right as you go out. There are many restaurants on the side street on the left, and of course you can also eat in the hotel (the hotel is very popular with local elderly people, and there will be music activities in the evening (I don’t know if it is fixed)
