The Cliffbury

This Guest House ticks all the boxes. It’s a credit to Gareth and Clair. Very clean. A GREAT SELECTION FOR BREAKFAST. Location great for shops. Restaurants and sea front only a five minute walk away. Lots of places to visit only a short drive to most resorts

As always a great stay. From the comfortable accommodation to the excellent breakfasts. Gareth and Claire provide everything you need ( shame about the weather, this time ) but I'm sure if you could you would organise that too. Good to see you again and look forward to our next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Cliffbury , it's exceptionally clean , we liked having a seating area within our room too . It is in a quiet street , comfy bed , and we liked that it is 100% pet free as my wife is allergic to pet hair. Gareth and Claire are very welcoming hosts , and the breakfasts are lovely . We will definately stay there again.

This guest house must be the best one I have ever been in and I have been in quite a few. This is my 3rd visit so clean and well decorated. The rooms have everything you need for a trip away. Food fantastic as well is the owners Gareth and Claire. Keep doing what you doing because you got it spot on see you next year and thanks again for a fantastic 3 days

The guesthouse is absolutely amazing. Gareth and Claire made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The rooms are spotless with fluffy towels and crisp clean bedding. Tea and coffee in the rooms. The breakfast has lots of choice and is absolutely beautiful. I cannot recommend this place enough. Make sure you stay here you won’t be disappointed. Melanie

Very welcoming, experienced, extremely helpful hosts Gareth and Claire maintain excellent standards throughout - spotless lovely white bedding and luxury towels; tasteful calming decor in all the comfortable ensuite bedrooms which have ample drawer storage and sockets, well stocked hospitality trays and instant hot water. The Cliffbury offers a super choice of Claire's 'famed' delicious freshly-cooked breakfasts, served by ever cheerful efficient Gareth. The quiet, tree-lined location is ideal for flat, easy access to the wide range of eating places; shops; both shores; spacious promenade, pier and Llandudno's attractions. Stops for the regular good bus services to Conwy, Colwyn Bay and further afield, HopOn/Off bus, and the train station are nearby. The Cliffbury's off- road parking is a real bonus. Very highly recommended - excellent Guest House!

The stay at the Cliffbury was excellent can’t fault it. Gareth and Claire made us most welcome. The room and facilities were spotless. The location was great in a nice quiet area with the added bonus of parking. Good breakfast with prompt service. Comfy bed better than home. We will be back!

Another perfect stay last month at the Cliffbury. Yes, we really liked the new room it was everything we were hoping for and we felt right at home, after a couple of days of acclimatization. Everything, as we have come to expect was first class. Gareth the perfect host and special mention to Clare for her excellent breakfasts.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 day stay here. It's in a good quiet location, 5 minutes walk from the main shopping street, the railway station and the main beach. Parking was very easy as there's plenty of space on the forecourt. Parking on the road directly outside is free. Claire and Gareth are excellent hosts, making us feel very welcome and comfortable. The Guesthouse is spotless clean and all the rooms are very spacious and modern. A good choice of delicious food is offered for breakfast which is cooked and presented beautifully. Our stay was exceptional value for money and our expectations were exceeded. We will definitely be returning again.
