La localización es muy buena. Buenas vistas, bien ubicado y cerca de muchas facilidades. Desde el check in en recepción te hacen sentir muy cómodo. La habitación un 10 al igual que su servicio de limpieza. La atención es increíble. Nuestro secador se rompió, nos dieron uno de ayuda y al día siguiente teníamos uno nuevo instalado. Pero sin duda, lo más destacable es el personal del hotel. Agradecer por su cercanía, cariño y atención a: Raquel, Manuel, Abraham, Antonio, Mariana, Pedro V, Delfina (y sus ricos cafés), Pedro y el resto del equipo en restaurante. También agradecer a los dos socorristas. Y por último, Tania en recepción. Sin duda alguna, volveremos y esperamos ver a la mayoría. Gracias por hacernos sentir en casa. Hasta el año que viene.

It is located in a privileged and spectacular enclave. Close to good beaches and easy walk to Cala Ratjada. Totally recommended, especially at the beginning and end of the season. Good and varied food. Very friendly staff. It's worth it.

The hotel is very good, with plenty of room for meals and to be on the sun loungers and pool. The pity is that it doesn't have a beach nearby, but it does have a little cove where you can go into the sea. The strong point of this hotel is the people who work there. Everyone was super friendly, especially those in the dining room. We had a great vacation.

Came with my son for a change of scenery and rest. Excellent hotel!! Very warm welcome from the whole team and especially from the restaurant and bar! Fabian and his team take great care of us!! The catering changes every day, it’s nice. The bar terrace is very nice. If I can find a small downside it is the insulation of our room, where we could hear our "German" neighbors speaking loudly from 7 a.m. But apart from that great place I recommend!

Stayed at this hotel for 2 months over the last two summers due to work. Nice hotel with great friendly staff in a quiet location just off the main road that’s close to everything. A nice pool area with great bar staff. Only downside is the gym area which would do with another air conditioner but this is only a minor detail.

The hotel is very good, the breakfast is quite complete, the cleanliness is correct, the staff is friendly, the pool has many hammocks and/or sun loungers, but the best of all is the location, at the foot of the hotel there is a beautiful cove with easy access. and without overcrowding, it is not cheap but like everything in Palma.
