Hot spring Hotels in Lloret de Mar

I booked a family holiday hotel with my little infant so excited for the swimming pool ect had a long journey coming to the hotel to book in and them telling me I don't have a bloody reservation booked clearly I have come to this guitart central aqua park hotel cuz I have a booking spent 1 hour trying to sort things out along with a crying baby whose had a long day of traveling bloody hotel manager was DISGUSTINGLY Rude and Pathetic telling me to leave and go elsewhere as no rooms available I showed them my booking from my email and phone but they wasn't interested at all absolutely jokes. I explained I am a heart patient with a long term disability they didn't care less they was more worried to get me out of there reception. DO NOT BOOK with this hotel THEY ARE FRAUDS THEY ARE SCAMMERS A BUNCH OF LIARS WHO WILL TAKE ALL OF YOUR MONEY they have conned me I will take further action against them. I have been discriminated by my health and disability along with the colour of my skin. They say customer service is key and very important to them yet that's how I have been treated unfairly Is that how you treat your BLOODY Customers DO NOT BOOK

I was nervous prior to arriving because of some of the negative reviews, which now on my return, in my opinion are very petty. The hotel was great, we stayed all inclusive for 5nights. Rooms are fine, you do have to pay extra to rent a fridge €4 a day but easily sourced and placed in our room after we requested it. Rooms are clean and were cleaned every morning with fresh sheets left. I couldn’t fault the food, lots of choice and you could eat as much as you like, every meal time there were different options. We didn’t use the snack bar as we were satisfied with breakfast, lunch and dinner. There does be a que at peak times to get into the restaurant but it does move quickly. All inclusive package excludes ice lollies, slushys and ice cream which is a bit annoying. The pool area was great, lots of loungers and umbrellas and never a rush to get them in the morning. The location of the hotel is ideal for families, 10min walk to the beach, some nice shops and restaurants close by and a 20min walk to the lively centre of Lloret De Mar.

Should be 1 star at most. We travelled as a family group, 5 adults and 1 child on All Inclusive package. We had 1 superior room for 1 adult that did not have a pool view (there is no superior rooms with a pool view if you book as a single traveller) and 2 standard double rooms with pool view. This hotel needs a complete update and review of the clientele they want to attract. Some areas are dangerous and I don’t know how they are allowed to continue to operate. Out of 7 days 5 were absolutely a nightmare as there were 100’s and I’m not exaggerating there must have been about 500 or more kids there and it was awful. They were dive bombing in the pools, meal times they were taking whole trays of food, they were in the pools at 4am in the morning, running and screaming throughout the hotel and corridors, the adults in charge were just sitting by the bar drinking and smoking! Apparently this hotel caters for large kids groups for sporting events around the area throughout the year. It was awful, we couldn’t get anywhere near the pools and couldn’t use the restaurant either! Pros: Location is very central Always lots of very hot water Room cleaning good considering the poor condition of the rooms We used the hotel baby cot which was a brand new travel cot Despite arriving 4 hours before the 3pm check in, we were given 2 out of 3 of our rooms early (but obviously not the All Inclusive bands until 3pm) Cons: Hotel caters for very large groups of 8 to 15yr olds Very few staff No security at all to stop kids running a muck in pools, restaurants and corridors Superior rooms have better decor but constant drain smell Standard rooms are very dated with dangerous balconies and damp No air conditioning working until July Family & child's pool area not accessible for the disabled or pushchairs No bar open at family/Child's pool area so long way to go for a drink Roof top area closed Sun beds old, dirty and very uncomfortable, you cannot adjust them either No pool towels Graffiti on corridor walls, doors and lifts Pool surrounds dangerous with broken decking and torn fake grass Alcohol contains little or no alcohol, chemically induced You are only allowed 1 small plastic cup of any drink per person a time (if you are a couple/family then everyone has to fetch their own drink), this can take 20mins to get 1 drink as there is a single queuing system in place Daily snacks available in restaurant is extremely poor and not available as advertised Clientele is 90% aged 18 yrs to 20 yrs, not suitable for families or 25 yrs plus Entertainment is very poor at night and nothing during the day Children’s mini club is non existent For British people the TV has just 1 British channel - BBC World News only AIl Inclusive only available between 10.30am and 10.30pm Air conditioning in the standard rooms does not work Electrics tripping out if you use the built in hairdryer in bathrooms Some bar staff are rather abrupt, the blonde woman and old man do not like

The hotel HOTEL GUITART CENTRAL PARK AQUA RESORT is located approx. 650 m from a beach. The nearest restaurants and bars can be found within 200 m. The city centre is around 500 m away. The nearest shops you can reach within around 300 m, a supermarket is around 200 m away. In the surrounding a disco (approx. 300 m away) and an aqua park (approx. 1,5 km) offer entertainment during the best time of the year. The air-conditioned hotel has a 24h reception, Wi-Fi (for a fee), a lift, parking spaces (for a fee) as well as a TV lounge. In the outdoor area you will find a garden as well as a seasonally open, heated pool (open all year), where you can rent sun loungers for a fee. For children there is also a children's pool. Furthermore, outside you can find a sun terrace. You can store your valuables in the safe (extra fee), and your luggage in the hotel`s storage roomn. For the young hotel guests there is a playground. If necessary, you can contact the medical centre (for a fee). The hotel requires that all guests pay a deposit upon arrival.Catering Breakfast is offered from the buffet. Lunch and dinner are also served from the buffet. Hotel was super amazing. Loved the amenities and staff was really helpful. Best part was the breakfast spread. Both pools were great as well. The construction seems very new as all the furniture in room were in top condition. I felt the only downside during our trip was the in-house disco event for our day of visit. It was quite dull( but that’s something specific to the performer, I guess). Overall will definitely recommend staying here for the amazing experience.
