Very good quality price ratio specially with all inclusive gold formula. Many drinks served until midnight, nice bedroom with big bed. The outside pools could be less cold and the parking places in the underground larger, because with a big car it's difficult.

de retour après quelques années à l'Evenia l'olympic garden déçu. positif : Personnel toujours agréable (accueil, bar, restaurant, femmes de ménage ...) piscines très bien points négatifs : animateurs : aucun contact passent devant nous en nous ignorant aucun regard ni parole - restauration : pratiquement tous les mêmes plats durant notre séjour - a part les paellas brûlées dans le plat aucun plat typique - un seul point ouvert pour se servir en boissons dans tout le restaurant qu'il faut tout traverser aucun contrôle des obligations imposées par l'hôtel - sièges réservés aux handicapés pris par des familles - interdiction non respectée pour se rendre au bar pieds nus (eau au sol qui rend glissant) chambre : vieillotte à revoir - baignoire dans la salle de bains avec des éclats d'émail enlevés - le pire comme dans de nombreux hôtels c’est le non respect des touristes - sales - aucun respect - laisse trainer tout aux abords de la piscine - gâchis dans la nourriture surtout les enfants - il faudrait plus de surveillance de la part du personnel pour ma part l'hôtel à mal vieilli et je ne pense plus y retourner -

Las habitaciones un poco anticuadas, colchón y almohadas bastante malas. Hotel orientado a niños y familias. Totalmente recomendable para ir con niños, piscinas espectaculares y mini club genial.

Room was dirty, dated and small. Beds are like sleeping on concrete. Sheets were soiled when we checked in, we were given new sheets to change the beds ourselves. Food was terrible, repetitive and seriously lacking in lean protein sources, unless you like lambs neck or pork hock!! Only edible protein source 'the cooked chicken breasts' from the snack bar was discontinued on day two of our holiday. Not sure why, given that this hotel remains open all year round apart from January? My whole family got food poisoning and are still not fully recovered. Check out is 10am, every other hotel I've stayed in 11am. Cleaning staff were at our door day of checkout at 9.30am wanting to clean the room. Animation team and activities for chikdren were great. Pool area was great too, although pool was very cold!

Friendly customer service, but beyond that very average. I enjoyed my stay but what puzzles me is the child's disco that ran from about 9pm to midnight every night. It's outside and was 20 ft from my room. Made it impossible to sleep. The food was very bland but it's a decent walk into town or a cheap taxi ride away to get decent food.
