The outside of this building was very nice and the location was good however the inside was a different story…. To start with, the rooms were very tiny. I was sharing a room with two friends and it was just like a two person room with another bed shoved into it. We had to move the beds around to even open the wardrobe. The beds were fairly comfortable however the bed sheets were dirty and we even found hairs on them. The bathroom had no lock and we were not given towels or soap. Also the bathroom was very small and the shower had no shower curtain and so when you turned the shower on, water sprayed all over the bathroom. In some of the other guests rooms the windows were broken and there were no mosquito nets and so many people got mosquito bites in the night. The worst part of my stay was the food; it was some of the worst food I have ever eaten and many other guests agreed. One of my friends felt sick due to the terrible quality of the food. On the first night, we were given a piece of ‘mystery meat’ with cardboard tasting chips and peas which was near inedible. Breakfast in the morning was a simple continental breakfast and was not too bad. However, the packed lunches we were supplied with were awful and consisted of a sandwich with stale bread and bad quality ham and cheese with a bottle of water. The second night we ended up eating somewhere else because it was so terrible but I have heard from others that the food was no better than the night before. All in all, this hotel was awful and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here ever.

There was human feces and blood stains along the bed frames, mattress and duvets. There is hardly any ventilation in these rooms even with the window open, the television does not work, rooms are too cramped The shower is way too small for a person and the water pressure is just droplets. The food was questionable, the breakfast arcades and grass area were the best parts, there were and still are spiders beetles and bed bugs I found literal bugs in all of our beds, bugs and insects crawling around our room No hygiene in the room whatsoever The stench was unmatched The smell of the room reeked with the mattresses We are all having to sleep on the floor because of the fear of catching illnesses and getting sickness from the disgusting creatures

We stayed as part of a group tour for 4 nights. The hotel is in the small sleepy town of Lo not far from the Belgium/French Border. The hotel is set in its own grounds has a decent restaurant and bar. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Our room and bathroom were spacious and on the first floor, there is no porter service. Five star it is not, it is a very functional budget hotel & we would be happy to stay again.

Best hotel I have stayed in as part of a coach tour. Room was spotless, meals and service were excellent. Lovely grounds to this hotel and in a lovely quaint village. Would have been 5 stars but the room was very basic and housekeeping could have been better.

Went with school, pretty average hotel a good place for a good nights sleep, sits on it’s own ground so very quite, if sleeping on top floor be careful not to your head on the curved roof. Toilets have locks, showers don’t , actual door to room locks fine.

I hated it and I got ants in my pants, spiders in my food, especially fruit and veg. I threw up 20 times, I found a fly in my bed and there was blood all over the walls and unknown substances on the door handles

Reception was very pleasant, but room was bland and cold. Room requires thermostat on radiator - when turned on it heated the room well but then needed to be turned off before the room got too hot. Room needs decoration such as pictures on wall - bland white walls. King bed was two singles pushed together and a sheet over the top. We arrived in the dark and it was raining. Carpark is not lit well and I nearly drove into the fishpond! Saving feature was the restaurant food, which was excellent (dinner - set menu and breakfast buffet).
