The hotel is old, the spa is on the second floor, there is no staff there to assist you nor a phone number to request it, you have to bring your towel from the room and if it gets wet, it is obvious to request another one from the room, you don't even have a jug of water to drink neither in the gym nor in the spa, when in both the sauna and the hydro hydration is essential to replenish fluid, the Scottish shower is conspicuous by its absence, it is a completely common shower and they do not even shampoo or soap. At night they turn off the air conditioning even though you ask them to turn it on again. In the bathroom with no exit to the outside, there is no one or it does not work because it does not have the key, the extractor, when I took a bath I had nowhere to put on my makeup or put on my glasses because the mirror was all fogged up, it also does not have a hair dryer."
