WoodSpring Suites Orlando North - Maitland

No internet I could access even if I paid. Very noisy thin walls, set computer desk on floor fell asleep, picked up bag 6 roaches scrambled away. Share shower with three roaches. I made a mistake in reserving thinking the was a Marriot property, my bad but this is worst hotel I’ve been in 25 years.

The lady at the front desk was the nicest part of the stay. The place smelled very heavily of pot. Trash every where. Kids running wild all hours of the night. NOT a place I’d stay again. It was nice having a fridge and microwave but the freezer stunk terribly and the microwave was not clean. Spiders in the bathroom and the floors were filthy

This particular Woodspring Suites location is not at all a "kid-friendly" or "family-friendly" area. The location is rather scary at night if you don't know what you are walking in to. After dark, especially, I would recommend walking in at least groups of 2-3 if you absolutely must, but driving is definitely the better option. You will see people sleeping at the bus stop and gas station across the street. I am not judging, but I am also not saying that I would let my kids play outside (if I had kids,). The businesses next door had chain link fences with locks on their parking lots. The hotel itself has crazy high security standards for their guests, given the circumstances. You'll have to enter your room key to get into the hotel, and then at least two or three more times before you get to your room. There are also a ton of cameras and strict rules about having guests - at all. The rooms are not very pretty and definitely not comfortable. There is no pool, gym, or any amenities at all. The rates might be ridiculously cheap, but there is a reason. Beware.

The room had a terrible cigarette smell. Never going back again

Nothing is good about the property, not safe n unhealthy air no cleanliness. Unhinged n we had cockroaches in our room

I love it here it is a clean hotel nice staff and great location. The people that work here are great and have met my needs each day. Very friendly guest and easy to get along with I would recommend this place to anyone…………………………………………………………..

This hotel has been great to me and my family… they are kid friendly and pet friendly both my kids and I enjoy being here… Carl, Maggie and Mark have been nothin less than tremendous… I would recommend any one to stay at the place……………………………….,,

This is a nice place to stay I love the staff mark makes sure everything is nice and tidy at the hotel. The front desk Carl and Shay has been very helpful the entire time we have been here. They made this place like home for me and my kids. Thank you good job.

Here for work and this place has been. More than amazing. Needs a update because it is out dated but the staff makes up for it. I always say it's the good service that makes a person come back. This place met that need. My favorite place to stay in this area.
