Nie polecam tego hotelu nikomu, kto oczekuje odpowiedniej obsługi klienta. Mimo że menadżer wydawał się początkowo miły i życzliwy, zniknął bez żadnego uzasadnienia, gdy planowaliśmy przyjęcie weselne. Próbowaliśmy skontaktować się z nim wielokrotnie, ale nigdy nie otrzymaliśmy odpowiedzi. Takie zachowanie było skrajnie nieprofesjonalne i spowodowało wiele stresu i niepokoju w naszym ważnym dniu. Nie jesteśmy wcale zadowoleni z naszego pobytu w hotelu Agat i nie polecamy go nikomu
