We traveled as a family of 3 to tour area. We were there for 3 nights. The 1st night we received new towels and removal of used towels, 2nd night we didn’t have any housekeeping service. Went down to desk to complain and was told that they were training housekeepers. We had been gone for 9 hours, so there was plenty of time. It was not my concern that they were short staff, I had paid for that service. I was given new towels and TP (which we were short of), to take back to the room. I feel that if a business is not able to provide the agreed up service, there should be a discount given or a disclosure that there will be no housekeeping. We had been hiking, so there was also dirt on the floors which we had to walk through for 3 days. Mattress was comfortable and breakfast good.
