Everything was just perfect

Bugs and mosquitoes aplenty so do remember to keep your doors closed. Room has a large bed but a single seater sofa. Room isn't big, rather small. Pool with 2 deck chairs, overlooking a pantry area with a dining table made for 4 and a sofa set to relax amid the hot weather. TV quality is horrible. Staff said they will get an engineer to attend to issue. However issue wasn't fixed. Staff apologised during check out and only informed that issue can only be resolved by an extreme do over of the TV cables and what not. Breakfast selection from a menu and not buffet style. Free roaming animals around the compound.

JIVANA!! This hotel is even more beautiful than in the photos! As soon as we arrived, we were enchanted by the elegance of the place and the peaceful setting. The rooms are magnificent, carefully decorated and quite comfortable with a large outdoor bathroom. Everything is designed to guarantee total peace of mind. You can see fish and large turtles... it's pure bliss. The staff is impeccable, always attentive to our every need. We even had a perfectly adapted baby bed. The swimming pool is quite large. The plated breakfast is delicious and served in a peaceful atmosphere. The spa activities are superb, ideal for a moment of absolute relaxation. A true paradise that we don't want to leave. An address to share without hesitation!

The outdoor bathroom is very unique, the room is quite large, the quiet garden is beautiful, the breakfast is also very good, and there are many snacks and convenience stores when going out, which is very convenient overall.

Good hotel, good area. The restaurant is good. On the territory there are turtles, partridges, there are many fish in the ponds. The whole area is surrounded by greenery. Very relaxing hotel. Truly a place to relax.

This really depends on your budget and expectations / standards. The staff are very friendly - the ones I interacted the most with were Aje, Dedi and Diwa - extremely helpful and pleasant. There is an open bathroom which invites unwanted guests. One one evening there was a Tokay gecko lizard near the base of the toilet. This was a bit bigger than my hand. Nevertheless these lizards can be a hazard especially if they latch onto your arm (hard to get off) or bite you. 4 staff came quickly and removed it. Still it left me uneasy for the rest of my stay. I kept all my amenities in the bedroom. Cleanliness - the net curtain (mosquito net) had blood stains on it and the deckchairs surrounding the swimming pool were all dirty and had stains on them. The restaurant is small and there are nice but limited choices over breakfast. If you don't like eggs, then you'll have an even more limited choice. The staff are very friendly - some are untrained and have very limited English. I am learning Bahasa Indonesian but I'd make sure you have google translate ready for words like "without" The rooms themselves need some maintenance as well. You need some welly to lock and unlock the front door. The air conditioning in the bedroom is loud and on full-power (and by the way, you need this switched on if you want a hot / warm shower). And you need it switch on otherwise it gets very hot and lizards start finding their way into the room. For me, this is at best a 3 star hotel.

An oasis of calm and beauty a short walk from bustling Kuta town. The resort is small, beautifully looked after and has a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful plants, a pond, tortoises and Guinea fowl. The food is excellent, service is great, we will definitely come back.

Best value for money with a 5 stars service in the heart of Kuta Lombok . This hotel has comfortable rooms with spacious showers and very comfortable bed . The restaurant food is delicious , the pool area very relaxing and the staff is so kind and helpful . Special thank you to the director Aji for an incredible stay and All the amazing restaurant staff , Rina , Eli , Lenni .. we will definitely come back . Terima Kasih

We had an amazing stay at Jivana and absolutely recommend this place. The staff were very helpful, super friendly and professional at any time. A wide variety for breakfast, lunch and dinner is offered and everything we ate was beyond delicious. The campus is a green oasis and beautiful wherever you go. We had a massage and a yoga class which we recommend as well.

Our return stay at Jivana was like coming home. The peaceful, quiet and familiar landscape was again so welcoming. We had a poolside suite ,which was spacious and airy, with the undercover, outside bathroom. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Dewa and his multiple attempts to contact the airline for me. Everything in the resort is so well thought out including the lovely restaurant to the wonderful pool.( the most child friendly pool we've come across) Thanks for another great stay to Steve & Kadek and the team. See you next year.

Loved this resort. Beautiful tranquil gardens and a lovely pool, and we enjoyed seeing the resident tortoises roaming around. The room was quiet and very clean. Breakfast was good, and we ate a couple of times at the restaurant and found it good. It's only 5 minutes walk to the main road in Kuta for the restaurants and bars, so really convenient, but it felt like a real haven. On-site yoga classes were great.

What can I say but wow !What a fantastic place absolutely stunning surroundings with guinea fowl and large tortoise roaming free hundreds of koi carp around the reception /dining area and around all the canals that are linked to the bungalows .The gardens are immaculate and the pool area wow 😮 The bungalows are beautiful with all the facilities you need and are spotless .The staff are amazing and so is the food .Location is great for restaurants shops etc with the beach a little further away .We only stayed 4 nights as it was the last stop of the holiday (wish it could have been more ) There is yoga class for those who want it .I cannot fault anything with this beautiful accommodation and would love a return visit .It feels 5 star luxury and you really feel like somebody staying here ... highly recommended 🙂

What a lovely resort! The garden is so beautiful. We stayed in a villa with private pool and loved it. Room is spacious and the bath room is outdoor. We stayed here for a week and came one day later because our flight was cancelled. We booked non refundable but the manager made a deal with us which was very attentive. The manager was a very helpful person and also Dewa at the reception took care of us and helped where he could. Overall the service is outstanding. Breakfast is of very good quality. The spa is very popular, so book on time, but it is worth it. Location is fantastic, on walking distance of the restaurants. I will come back for sure!

From the moment we entered this luxurious boutique resort we were treated like we were staying with friends. The staff are wonderful! We were greeted with friendly happy staff and check in was a breeze. Once we crossed the little bridge over a pond full of gorgeous Koi we entered our lovely cool and spacious villa we felt at home. Super clean amenities and a very comfortable bed. Strong reliable internet was very helpful for my husband who had to work online during our stay. The sparkling infinity pool with swim up bar was right in front of our villa, and the professionally landscaped grounds are stunning - congratulations Steve! We had dinner in the gorgeous restaurant and the every meal was delicious and presented like a piece of art! Special mention to all the staff from the grounds keepers, cleaners and security however I would like to personally thank the attentive staff - Agus (Jack of all trades), Sharla, Elli, Dedy, Luluk, Rosa and Gato are amazing and a true credit to the resort. (I hope I have spelled everyone’s names correctly!). We look forward to returning and staying again when we next visit Lombok and will be recommending Jivana Resort to all of our friends.
