A fuire!! Hotel nul !!! Chambre sale. Clim non fonctionnelle. Serviette sale. Litterie pas très propre. Problème d"eau. Coupe en plein milieu de notre douche. Service très médiocre. WiFi ne marche pas dans les chambres. La nourriture laisse a desirer. Nous mettons 1 étoile.

It is a fantastic place hidden in the heart of Lomé. From the outside, there is nothing particular about this place but you will be pleasantly surprised once you get inside the building, with its unique decor, nice rooms, and amazing staff. I recommend it for your short or long stay in Lomé.

The property appears to be old and could do with an upgrade. For instance when it rained the roof leaked. What’s there is clean. Staff are very courteous, helpful and professional.

On thé positive side- internet worked well, the meal at the restaurant was above average, the staff was kind and friendly.
On the negative side- the air conditioner could barely keep up and I had to sit directly beneath it at full blast in the heat of the day. The door had large spaces where warm air and mosquitoes could get through. Woke up with one bite.
For Togo this hotel is better than average. Although it cost more than the Hilton in Muscat, Oman, which was superb.

Cette résidence hôtelière a rendu mon séjour à Lomé plus qu'agréable. Un vraie petite perle cachée dans la ville. On apprécie la déco rustique personnalisée et originale, la propreté des lieux et surtout l'excellence du service. La cuisine est très bonne et le personnel aux petits soins: un petit clin d'oeil à Mariette toujours disponible. Le petit plus: le bar en annexe!

Very nice hotel in the middle of everything. Quiet and clean. The receptionist was more than helpful to make my first trip to Togo a total success. Good touristic tips. I recommend the very French Breakfast with an excellent Paris-level bread.

This was a very nice stay of a few nights in the center of Lome --- perfect for those who want to stay right in the middle of the city, not far away tucked in a fancy hotel. Lomé is, nevertheless, very quiet at night and I had no complaints about noise. Mariette at the reception was super helpful, and Dani at the door went as far as to walk with me on the streets to find something typically African for lunch (try it out, as the menu unfortunately offers only the usual "international" fare). Mariette speaks English, though of course you can communicate better with everyone else if you speak some French. The air-con worked well and I had no issues whatsoever to pay for my stay with an international credit card. They also know reliable drivers who went to pick me up at the airport and with whom I would do private tours and go as far as Benin later in my journey. Highly recommended!
