The stay was pleasant. The hotel is nicely located with an awesome view from most of the delux rooms. The staff is helpful and kind. We were lucky to get a complementary upgrade. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for budget hotel yet with luxury.

I stayed here on 16th June, we had booked 2 rooms. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful reception staff, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. The buffet spread for breakfast and dinner was excellent, and service was attentive and efficient. I would like to thank the Food & Beverage Manager Mr. Pramod Singh who personally took care of us specially the special needs of my 3 year old granddaughter. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

From its location to rooms, Restaurants to Pool, Play area to Banquet everything is amazing about this place. Most awesome place to stay and chill at night. The continental restaurant Fiori is amazingly good. The vibe is excellent and the food is outstanding. Service, hospitality and above all hygienic room and bathrooms. Total VFM!

Very good hotel. Superb service, right at the center of city. Rooms are clean, well decorated with balcony overlooking the main road. Lot of parking space with valley. Spacious washrooms.

The hotel is located on main road and very close to lonavala market. The property is very well managed and the team is also very supportive. Ample parking space is available. The restaurant is unique as it is pure veg only but they do service alcohol. The menu is good. The buffet breakfast is the best as it has a wide spread.

Overall a good stay. Pros: centrally located, food taste was good, check-in and check-out was smooth can improve: service time for restaurant, room chair and sofa needs some paint
