Best holiday in lagoona resort…. Excellent stay and well maintained property,,, Rooms were well maintained with the nicer view….. It was my birthday.. I got a Suprice cake… Especially Ms.Afreen Guest relation… and other staff Mr. Sudhir mandal, Mr. krishna Ms. vaishnavi, Varsha Kumari, Mr. Soumen , Anwar, Mr. Tushar…. Reception was good with their work….

Clean property , The wooden construction gives a feel of antique.Very courteous staff specially Sakshi and Surendra .overall nice experience! The ambience was very relaxing and the view of the mountain was wonderful………………………………………..

This resort was very nice ,the staff was also very co operative.we had enjoy our stay during our stay Ane the complementary Archie n Riffle shooting we enjoyed, break fast was also very good..especially thanks too Ms. Afreen and Krishna for the great service....

Wonderful place for weekend stay with family; Restro is good, we enjoyed dinner a lot with live music. Afreen Khan(she's an employee there) helped us a lot while our stay, rest of the staff was very cooperative.. Nice property excellent service will visit soon

It was a great experience here, we had a wonderful time. I must appreciate the entire team of Lagoons resort and specially the GM and his team for the memorable hospitality and welcoming gesture. Food was amazing and we were treated like a family here. I want to thank the whole team including Mr Krishna, Ms Afreen, Mr Ankit, Ms Shanti from the restaurant

Being with Afreen khan … she was brilliant to help out.. and Varsha was also good at her work…. I loved FNB manager Deepak Patil , Rahul sir and Akash these people are awesome the way express there feeling .. with joy and gratitude .. hats off personal experience I was satisfied and happy with the hotel .. all best for future .

Excellent service and stay .... All staff was very cooperative ... My family enjoyed a lot it was a short trip... Specially thanks to Mr. Krishna ji , Mr. Sudhir, Ms. Afreen , Ms. Vaishnav, Mr. Tushar... they all provided us a great experience with lagoona resort.....
