The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. The food in fine and dine was really good, especially chicken biryani and pizza. The complimentary breakfast can be better.

Overall good hotel for staying lonavala and services are up to the mark. Location is also very nice in term of connectivity to the city.

Stayed at this property for 2 nights, it was a great experience with the hospitality and service they catered. All staff members were very courteous. More options in food menu can be added. Property is at best location, wherein nearby you can get all the options & connectivity available.

Rooms were stinky and washroom door lock was broken. Bathroom fixtures wasn't working. Delay in room service

Very nice stay experience. Hotel, room was very clean, staff is very polite. Awesome place, location wise good because it is in market place. Restaurant also near by.

Poor service. At night no one was picking up the call. When i checked the front office guy and the housekeeping guy was sleeping in the lobby. The rooms needed maintenance. Bald guy in service was really good at morning breakfast. Hotel is in a good location.
