Mooie kamers met alle comfort, uitermate vriendelijk personeel, veilige parking op de locatie, heerlijk ontbijt. Er was de avond van ons verblijf een huwelijksfeest met mogelijk lawaai-overlast. Om die reden werden wij gecontacteerd en werd ons een luxueuze kamer aangeboden in een ander gebouw, waar we absoluut rustig hebben geslapen. Zeer attent van het hotel om dit te melden aan ons, en om de gepaste oplossing aan te bieden. Dit hebben wij zeer geapprecieerd!

Na het boeken van 3 persoonskamer krezg ik telefoon van het hotel, dat als we met 3 wouden verblijven, er wel nog een supplement bij kwam. Dit terwijl ik toch een kamer voor 3 had geboekt. Verschrikkelijke kamer (studio op het eerste verdiep). Behalve het feit dat de kamer leek op een kale bunker, was het er 34 graden (!!!) toen we toekwamen. Dit terwijl het buiten misschien 23 graden was. 2 mini raampjes konden niet veel doen. Er was wel een airco aanwezig, die we hebben opgezet om 18u. Om 3u 's nachts, toen we terugkwamen van het trouwfeest, was het nog steeds 29 graden, verschrikkelijk om in te slapen. Tegen de ochtend nog steeds 27 graden. De airco kon dus de grootte van de kamer niet aan. Ik begrijp ook niet dat het hotel de airco al niet eerder had opgezet, als je weet dat er gasten toekwamen... De aparte badkamer was gewoon niet te doen qua hitte. Heel onaangenaam als je je moet klaarmaken voor een trouwfeest. Er was bijvoorbeeld ook geen grote spiegel aanwezig. Het keukentje was wel redelijk compleet en praktisch. Ontbijt daarentegen was fantastisch en maakte de kamer voor een deel goed!!

Het was mijn eerste keer in België en Europa. Ik spreek geen Nederlands. (Ik gebruik Google Translate om deze recensie te schrijven) de receptioniste Tina deed er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat ik een veilig en leuk verblijf had tijdens mijn verblijf hier. Ze hielp me met het vertalen van een aantal dingen en gaf ook geweldige aanbevelingen voor dingen om te doen. Als ik ooit de kans krijg om terug te komen, zal ik hier zeker weer verblijven.

The food was very thoughtful put together, with a very good eye for detail. Flavours were well combined and it looked great. Also the service was very good and it was a great environment and ambience. Would definitely come back and recommend!

Vanwege zakelijk avondevent aan het hotel heb ik overnachting geboekt. Het event was zeer goed verzorgt door het hotel en heeft daarvoor zeker een geweldige accomodatie. Hotelkamer was strak modern en schoon. Ontbijt was door de 2 gastvrouwen prima verzorgd. Als tussenstop om te overnachten zeker een aanrader.

What a truly fantastic hotel. My wife and I stayed here during weekend 2 of the Tomorrowland festival and couldn't have been more impressed. To start we arrived late (past 11pm) after a delayed flight and the reception staff stayed up especially to check us in after giving us a call to check our timings. This was much apprecited! The room was really clean, very comfy and had plenty of space. The only slight strange thing was that you could see to toliet from the bed - there was no door to the bathroom so it made using the toilet a bit tricky at times!! The shower was amazing and the complimentary toiletries were great. There was no safe which would be useful but its not a massive issue. The breakfasts were also fantastic, everything we could have wanted including take away drinks! Finally the staff were all brilliant, helpful, polite, friendly and knowledgeable! If we get tickets again next year, we'll be staying here for sure!
