It had a bathtub, which was a nice feature for Japanese people.
Another advantage is that it's close to the station and you can take the subway to the city center.

The hotel should be in the 5th district of London, but it is very close to Tottenham Hale station, only 5 minutes away, and you can go to a large shopping mall nearby by Liangzhong station, which is convenient.

Travelled down for an evening before a residential trip. As arrive the bar was dark and I thought *ohh* that soon was forgotten. The warm welcome, excellent service made me feel like I’ve stayed here for a month or more. They made the experience!

Very nice premier inn! The staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. We have stayed in Premier inns all over the UK and the restaurant in this was the best we have experienced out of all. The food was lovely and hot and fresh. We had prawn cocktail, steak, chicken, pizza... all very nice. Thanks to the chef, Victorina, and staff members Zena and Rohan, and also the ladies in housekeeping, I'm sorry, I didn't get names (room 808) nothing was too much trouble for them! Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The breakfast was very poor and not worth the price, with a very limited selection. The heating system was centralized, and I was unable to adjust it. During my two-night stay, the towels were not changed, and since I returned to the room late, I didn’t have the opportunity to request fresh ones. Additionally, the windows could not be opened, making the room uncomfortable as there was no way to freshen the air. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure with plenty of hot water.

I was there only for one day. this was my first trip to premier inn london tottenham. it was good experience. Good room with spotless cleaning. Staff is assets. train station is just outside of the hotel. Only draw back is there is no car parking. you can park free three hours in retail park. other wise good hotel

Lovely Hotel and the staff is very helpful. breakfast has plenty of items with just 10.99. if you could take meal deal, it would be 26.99, just 16 more for 2 course dinner but we were out in the evening so miss that opportunity. train station is just few yard away. will come back.

Always a lovely big bed, very comfortable which is why I chose to book it. It was very clean. The kettle was clean and so was the mugs and spoons so I was happy with that. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. Location was also good

I booked well in advance at the Tottenham Hale brunch, two tween rooms (paid extra to get two single beds rather than a double, for each room) for four of my friends, for two nights. At check-in (4am) they were told there had been no water at the hotel for a while. This was not communicated in advance neither by phone nor by email. I understand that things like this can happen and it's out of hands of the hotel's personel, but as soon as they were aware of the situation they should have informed their guests. If I had been warned, I would have made other arrangements, so that my friends could have been comfortable. A transfer to a different Premier Inn was offered, however quite far away (as the Enfield and Chingford ones were already full apparently). It is not acceptable to ask people who had never been to London before and don't speak any English to travel to a different hotel at 4am by public transport at their own expense! Moving to a different brunch was therefore not an option, my friends stayed at Tottenham Hale and were given bottled water. My friends also told me they were given double rooms and not tween rooms (for which I was charged extra). The whole experience (two nights without running water!) was hugely inconvenient. It is appoling how no-one from Premier Inn has never contacted me in regards to this to simply apologise. The phone number I was given at the desk to call and make a complaint is not working (surprise, surprise). I am very disappointed by this whole experience.

I stayed at this hotel to attend a local gig. However on arrival 01/02/25 there was no running water and the hotel staff was having to re arrange to another premier Inn . The staff were brilliant especially Heather who sorted and improved the situation. I also experienced problems with parking at the vale parking slots for the Premier Inn, as I spent 45 minutes downloading an app and payment details into this app for overnight parking with Flowbird. I tried 5 times to purchase the £10 fee to no avail as the app kept pausing and not processing any payments after the 45 minutes in the cold I went back to the premier inn to discuss this with reception and she took the details . I transferred to the Enfield premier inn later that night and got into the room after midnight . I went back to the original hotel the next day and met again with heather leaving my car details and phone number again before I set off on my drive back to Manchester . I hope to receive confirmation at some point to either pay or amend rather than pay a penalty fee . Kind regards Darren Lomas

Think it's ridiculous charging 15 pound for checking in at 1pm. They have changed the check in to after 3pm in order to be able to charge extra. Any other hotel have a check in from 1pm. I would've used this hotel often and would choose it even though there may have been cheaper options elsewhere because of where it is situated but think I will have to change my thinking.

We always stay here when we're in London to watch Tottenham games. Great location and only a short trip at the underground to the city. Clean and fresh rooms, nice restaurant and great staff. Always nice to be welcomd by Sarah and Terry. We'll be back.
