The hotel is very new and clean, like an apartment, with the subway (dlr) right downstairs, the room is not damp and has no musty smell, the only downside is that the shower water is difficult to adjust, it is very hot, and there is no luggage rack. Overall, the stay was very comfortable.

The room is clean and tidy, the hotel is in a prime location, and the transportation is convenient. It is very suitable for business travel. The overall experience is very satisfactory. I will choose it again if I have the chance in the future.

The hotel facilities are not new, the service is OK, the room is not made up by default, you need to tell the front desk in advance, it was a bit uncomfortable at first

Perfect, there is a subway station at the doorstep, many restaurants near Canary Wharf and it is also very safe. It is a few minutes walk to the pier where you can take the ferry.

The hotel is far away from several train stations, but the light rail is right outside the door. The light rail can be seamlessly connected to the subway. If you want to save money, you can also walk one kilometer to the financial and commercial district. You can eat, drink and take the subway. It is very convenient. The English breakfast is exactly the same every day, you can consider whether you need to pack breakfast.

The room is very spacious and the location is easy to find, less than 5 meters away from the subway station exit.

The hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are fully equipped and comfortable.

Came for early check in the lady behind the desk was so rude and it took 3 hours to check in. We booked a room for three people, having called premier in prior to arriving to double check this was ok I turned up on the day and was told this is not acceptable. They didn’t try to accommodate for us and the staff were extremely rude raising their voices . I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

pretty mid ngl. the restaurant had 3 things on the menu and chef Mic was defo on the case i don't think anything went in the oven. however the other fella was very nice and supported us very well and when the tv turned off. Yes. it TURNED OFF. he checked the fuse box and fixed it. then it broke again and found out London is basically just really sh** and that's why it didn't work. Sincerely. Your favourite customer xd

Naming this the ‘Canary Wharf’ Premier Inn is a bit disingenuous - it’s most definitely not in Canary Wharf. However, the DLR station is right next to the hotel and so you can be in Canary Wharf in less than five minutes by train. The immediate surrounding area is a bit grim, but there is easy access to central London and beyond. The hotel is new, well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The staff are really helpful, the rooms are comfortable and quiet and breakfast is good. What more do you want from a ‘basic’ hotel?
