I stayed there for one night, and the room was very hot. The location is good.

A very basic room with minimal amenities, however the room was very clean with fresh towels and bedding. Bathroom was very modern a few cracks in some of the tiles but nothing that was of concern. For myself the beds were a little uncomfortable but they were beautifully made with a blanket at the end and a little biscuit on the pillows. Perfect stay for 1 night for an early morning train

Overall not bad considering the location but only hot water was coming out when I was in shower….. nearly burnt myself and couldn’t even start showering.. but reception is very friendly and nice location! Thanks a lot !

Ok here we go so on the positive note the star for very helpful in getting a fan and other things I needed and the room was clean and tidy and had a wardrobe and a desk and the ensuite was good. It is really close to the station which is absolutely fabulous and the 73 bus takes you to top Tottenham court road and Oxford Circus On the negative side it was hard to get the kettle under the tap to get water and the mattress was very old and needs to be renewed for and it is a old house and therefore the stairs are very narrow and I had to go up four flights of stairs which wasn't very easy. Because the water very thin and it being an old house it means you can hear the noise quite badly from upstairs and also beside you

Good location but extremely small room with tiny bathroom. There is no Aircond in this hotel and I have to open the window to sleep in the hot summer night.

The hotel is basic but clean and in a great location. I would stay again.

Very pleasant stay and super close to St. Pancras and King Cross Station

Great location just opposite Kings Cross. There's no lift if you are not fit enough to carry your luggage up the stairs. The room was small, the bathroom would be very hard to use if you're not thin & agile. The bed was a little soft for me.

Location very near to kings cross st pancras, wouldn’t say i had a good time here as i lost my belongings in the room, no AC and elevator but overall clean

Good location, near by kings cross station.

The room was relatively small, and there was no air conditioning (air conditioning). I was staying in July, and the temperature in London was close to 30 degrees in the afternoon. It was a bit hot when I waited in the hotel around 4 pm to go out. At night, the temperature was around 20 degrees, and it was okay to sleep with the window open without air conditioning. I live on 2/F facing the street, and the traffic of people and cars starts around 6 a.m. and it gets quite noisy. But the hotel service is good. We arrived in the morning on the first day. Since it was very early and it was not the check-in time, and there was a lot of luggage, they didn’t have any place to store it for us, so they arranged a packed room for us. Check-in early to put your luggage and then we go out to play. The hotel does not have an elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage or large luggage, you may have to choose the underground or first floor. The hotel is located very close to the train station and subway station, making travel convenient.

The shower temperature cannot be adjusted, so the water is extremely hot. It's bad for your hair, and it's not something you can just put up with. I've seen other people's comments about this, so it's probably the same in all the rooms.

The hotel was clean. Water and apples were provided, which was nice. The location was close to the station and within walking distance.
