The staff is very helpful especially Ms Mimi , she helped us to take the photos & take care of our luggage. The hotel is very nice, large size room with heater in bathroom. The bed is king size very comfortable. We will come again for next trip to London. Tks.

The location is very good. It's mainly for visiting the British Museum. It's very convenient to walk to the back door. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, such as Turkish restaurant, Indian restaurant, Chinese restaurant, etc. There is a very enthusiastic and nice person named Mimi at the front desk. She called a taxi for us and made us hot tea and coffee. It was a very good experience.

The distance is perfect, just walk to the British Museum and two subway stops to Big Ben. I highly recommend this place, and the staff is very nice, so it's very safe to store your luggage.

The hotel is very British, and the front desk service is very friendly. The location is very good, and the back door of the British Museum is just across the park.

The location is very good, just near the British Museum, and it is very convenient to go to Chinatown, the National Gallery, etc. There is a subway next to the hotel to the London Eye, and Big Ben can be easily reached. The front desk service is warm.

The hotel is in a very good location, right next to Russell Square subway station and within walking distance to the British Museum. The hotel is located in an old house, but the internal facilities are completely up to the standards of a modern four-star hotel. The double room is slightly small and the bathroom is spacious, but it is still very comfortable to stay in. The sanitary services are impeccable, and the front desk staff are very friendly. Every time we go there, they will ask us how our stay is. If you plan to stay in London for a few more days, this hotel is highly recommended

Overall good. Although the room is not big, the layout is reasonable. It is comfortable to stay in. It is convenient for travel. It is about five or six minutes away from the subway station. It takes a few minutes to walk to the British Museum and some colleges. There are also several Chinese restaurants around that taste good.

The room is clean and the bathroom is almost bigger than the room, maybe because the room is on the corner. There is no scenery outside the window. I remember it was a building under construction. The location of the hotel is excellent, with a small garden at the door and very close to the subway station. Overall, it's quite satisfactory, clean and comfortable.

When I arrived at the hotel, I saw the hotel name and the door, but it couldn't be opened. I didn't see the front desk. When I saw that it was an apartment where locals lived, I thought I had found the wrong place. I dragged my luggage around twice. I was exhausted, so I went in. I didn’t want to go, so I contacted Ctrip customer service. Fortunately, it was evening time in China instead of midnight. Ctrip customer service responded in time. Someone happened to be out, so I went in to look for it. The front desk was on the first underground floor and you had to take an elevator to get there. The front desk told the door There is a doorbell that needs to be rang to enter. It was the first time I encountered this kind of hotel front desk, and I really didn’t react at all. I suggest Ctrip explain this situation, otherwise it will be really troublesome for guests arriving in the middle of the night! The room is relatively large and comes with slippers and toiletries, which is great. In addition, the hotel is in a very good location, next to Russell Park and a 5-minute walk from the British Museum to the back door. After checking in and going out for dinner, we can go directly there. , there are few people at the back entrance, so I got in quickly without making a reservation or queuing up!
