The hotel is affordable and walking distance from the Tower of London and the city. No lift but the staff were great and helped with our luggage. Tye room was small but lovely with a nice view of the city.

Ceiling leaking with water. Floor became wet. No lift, not for seniors. Kettle is dirty and rusty. Bread toaster dirty and rusty. Saw cockroach in the toilet. Staff counter is located at the staircase. Worse hotel I ever experienced. Cannot find destination as signboard is so inconspicuous.

I don't know the so-called hotel at all. The hotel also has independent toilets. Its toilets are shared with people on the first floor, and there is only one compartment. There is no private space at all. The whole house is crooked and the sanitary environment is poor. The appearance of the hotel looks like a dilapidated slum, and the nearby neighborhood is the worst place in London, full of South Asians.
