Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment Reviews

The hotel has a very nice view if you book a sea view room. The room is spacious as compared to other hotels in London. The staff is helpful. The location is slightly far from the tube station though there is bus station nearby, it is slightly inconvenient to go to the city centre like Piccadilly Circus. It is overlooking the river Thames which has a nice view. You can go to have a walk along the river if it doesn’t rain.

Checked in very late, around 00:30, was happy to pay virtually whatever as have heard good things and was nearby. Was upgraded to suite #1404 by a lovely member of staff at reception. Beautiful room with amazing view of Westminster. Will defiantly be back :)

The location is not absolutely central, and the tube station was 10 minutes walk, but was convenient and quiet. There were two pubs nearby for food and drinks. The hotel reception was efficient and friendly. It was not the usual Hyatt Regency with limited facilities. The room I requested with a view of the Big Ben was amazing. However, it had a relatively small bed. The shower facilities were good and modern.

Everyday exactly same breakfast really unbelievable! Neighboring building under construction still going on.

The location is great. It only takes ten minutes to get to the visa center by taxi. The overall facilities of the hotel are very good. The only drawback is that the bathroom is a bit too small. But I understand that land is expensive in London.

It was clearly written that there are two people staying, but the room is prepared for one person. There is also a charge for bottled water, 5 pounds for a bottle of 330ml. The second time I checked in, the service attitude became worse.

The female receptionist wearing glasses was very unfriendly. At first, she said that all other rooms were full and gave me a room on the first floor. When I went in, I saw that this room was for disabled people. I immediately called the front desk. After some arguments, the front desk suddenly told me that there was a room on the 3rd floor. I went to the room on the 3rd floor, but the room was really small. The only good thing is that the hotel is by the river. You can walk along the river to the Big Ben in London, and even walk to Covent Garden. The breakfast is average. The other staff are very friendly, but I will not stay here again. Hyatt in general has disappointed me. The one in the United States, Cambridge, and London have all disappointed me.

Service: The front desk service is very average, and the attitude and tone towards Asians are obviously bad! Environment: It's average, the room is relatively small, and the facilities are not very new The deposit has not been refunded for a month!

The Middle Eastern food on the rooftop is surprisingly delicious, and the DJ’s songs are pretty good🤣 The location is very good, you can walk directly to Big Ben and there is a supermarket downstairs which is very convenient! The view from the rooftop restaurant is as shown.
