BoTree is one of the best I have stayed by far in London. You are greeted by the friendliest team from the guest relations to the concierge and even the bartenders. They all left me a lasting impression and I will be back definitely! Special shout out to Bam, the best guest relations officer I have met. Thank you Marco and Simone from the concierge team as well. They are the best persons to go to if you need good suggestions to go in London.

The Botree is a newly opened hotel, but the overall experience seemed relatively amateur. There are no reception and you get ushered onto the sofas and staff attend to you on their availabilities. There were many friends of guests that could simply drop a name and go up to the rooms. I had booked the executive king rm, but the room checked in was not similar to the one advertised. The location is extremely convenient, right by Bond st station and walking distance to Selfridges.

The room was beautiful, we were upgraded because it was our wedding weekend. The service was constantly a 10 everyone was friendly & helpful. Very clean couldn’t fault anything. I had a lot of guests staying & they were all so impressed also. Clearly the management know how to run a 5 star hotel.

We stayed at The BoTree with our friends for their wedding which was close by. The service from start to finish was absolutely amazing, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would it more than 5* if I could. I will be returning without a doubt

Super comfortable stay on all fronts - luxurious bedding, courteous staff, very clean, large rooms, and great location! The free drinks in the room were a nice bonus! I’ve recommended many friends who have loved it and done have already returned! Just off the main roads and super quiet.

The hotel is located in a superb location, near Bond street station and in Marylebon area. The room was wonderful, new and luxurious with spacious and modern bathroom, perfect bed and smart control of the lights, shades and aircondition. the service was also great and the staff was assisting and nice.

We only spent one night at this wonderful hotel but look forward to returning in the future! It's got a cool vibe right from the moment of check-in when someone meets you in the lobby and sits with you on the couch, rather than having to stand at a stuffy reception desk. She even escorted us up to our beautiful room. For a European room, there was plenty of space, and the decor was lovely. There was a plate of macarons waiting for us with a hand-written note. We also enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the hotel restaurant, Lavo. Highly recommend the BoTree to anyone visiting London!!

Amazing hotel,very comfortable and clean room,staff very friendly and helpful they are through professional and highly courteous ,this hotel located at great place,close to tube,shopping stores,restaurants .definitely i will come back to this hotel.

The BoTree rooms suffer from style over thoughtfulness. You enter into a small carpeted vestibule with a few hooks on the wall, then onto a marble floor section that has a sink and shower to the left and the enclosed but not private toilet to the right. Terrible design. You are constantly walking through the bathroom to get to the door or the bed. Unhygienic and no privacy. No doors between the showers and sink and bed, so you wake up anyone who is sleeping if you turn on the light. And the light switches are not intuitively designed nor well placed on the walls. There are plenty of more thoughtfully designed hotels in London.

Great hotel. Customer service is fantastic and the location is perfect - central to everything including the new Elizabeth line to Heathrow. Breakfast is delicious with a large selection. Only negative is that the rooms are small although efficiently designed.

I made the trip to meet with friends and my stay here would be difficult to better. The room was fantastic, the reception staff could not have been more efficient or friendlier and our meal in LAVO was brilliant . The breakfast was just as memorable and possibly the fruit cocktail may be the best I have ever had presented. The stay may not be the cheapest you will find but its overall value is impossible to criticise. I cannot recommend highly enough.

The Botree is a nice hotel in a great location. However, the "hospitality" is downright aggressive. Butlers knocking on your door and calling your room every 5 minutes asking if you need service, if you like the service you just had, etc. My coworker even woke up to a butler in his room asking if he needed anything. It was only once I checked out that I realized why they had been so aggressive to service my room - a 15 pound charge had been applied every time they "serviced" my room with TWELVE charges total. To make matters worse, the one time I did actually reach out for service, it took 94 minutes for my room service club sandwich to arrive.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Central London. Everything was perfect. The service was outstanding and staff were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was a very pleasant experience, the food was delicious and there was great variety with a menu offering, as well as a buffet selection. The room was very spacious with comfortable beds. The location is ideal as the hotel is directly outside Bond Street Station. We took our 2 kids and could walk everywhere. They said it was their favourite holiday. We would definitely return.
