Lovely staff, unfortunately had a blood stain on our duvet. Lovely man at reception gave us a new one and also a free breakfast to compensate for a stained duvet being put on the bed. Regardless it was a lovely hotel and reception area was beautiful. Premier inn hub breakfasts have a limited breakfast selection but was still delicious, overall great experience

Great hotel and great location! The bed was really comfortable and the room had pretty much everything you needed. The TV was quick and easy to set up for casting. The room was extremely quiet, surprisingly! Shower was great and some really clever storage solutions i.e. desk rolls out at the end of the bed. Cons - The hair dryer kept cutting out. Making our own duvet cover is not fun. Check-in process could have gone a little smoother. Bathroom partition glass could have done with being completely fogged, instead of partially. Not sure why anyone thought that was a good idea.

I'd recommend the Hub by Premier Inn London Camden. Value for money, good location and friendly, accommodating staff. The location is close to public transport, pubs, restaurants and the Camden Markets. Regents Park is close by and a wonderful place for exercise. The London Zoo is a a short walk as well. Value for money!!

stayed here whilst attending a music festival in the tufnell dome over a weekend. hotel is walking distance from camden tube station, is clean and quiet with friendly reception staff. they have free tea and coffee downstairs, and bar is open 24 hours, although when we tried to get a drink after the gig on the friday night, we didn't get one, but we had had more than enough by that stage so the receptionist was most definitely doing us a favour there!! just one thing to mention about camden tube station, they close entry to it on saturdays due to the huge crowds that descend on camden at the weekend. so we walked to tufnell park on saturday instead of being able to get the tube there. all in all, everything went very well.

Stayed here for work and it was the perfect location opted for the bigger room as I was here for two nights! Staff was friendly and rooms were super clean! Only issue was that when I was sleeping the lights never completely turned off on the hub.

Went to show in London easy access to everywhere tube short walk away Very quiet and clean hotel staff very friendly and helpful good location too good nights sleep Check in Was easy left are suitcase at hotel while we went out for shopping and food and collected later

Fantastic service as always, bedroom was spotless and had everything I needed. Breakfast is simple but tasty, and the evening menu, though small, was perfectly adequate. Special mention to Yulia and Colin for excellent customer service - their friendly attentiveness made my stay.

I wasn't told there would be no window. If you ***** the facilities on offer down to their basics you absolutely need to get the basics right. In this case the sink didn't work and the shower soap dispenser was also broken. So, no daylight and poor facilities.
