The front desk is polite and friendly. Luggage storage is available. Convenient for travel. The room is small. It is not cleaned daily. The bathroom is too small and inconvenient.

The room is spacious and clean, and the location is excellent, but the subway is quite disturbing and affects sleep.

Parking is not allowed at the door and the corridor is unclear

A brilliant location for moving around the city, and wonderful staff. Travelled with the family for a short stay and we were really delighted with the apartment, great layout for a family of 4. Superb location a stones throw from Tower hill station which made it easy for us to get where we needed to be. The staff are so pleasant and helpful and a credit to the business. Only slight gripe would be the air conditioning not being part of the room layout and were noisy plug in units but, they cooled the room and we never had them on at night so they did what was required to do. I've spent a lot of time in London and not sure I'd book a hotel ever again after staying here. Some might find the location a little noisy at times but I like hearing the buzz of the city.

Overall I was quite satisfied with our stay. We were a family of four with two teenagers and had requested a one bedroom apartment. Criteria for our aparthotel were close proximity to the tube (Tower Hill station), a kitchenette and laundry facilities and air conditioning. Upon check in (there is someone at reception 24 hours) we were given a unit that was close to the street. You can definitely hear traffic noise when the windows were open or closed, and they had the individual air conditioning units in both rooms where you had to put the vent tube out the window which meant the window had to be open if you wanted to use the A/C. It wasn't actually super hot while we were there and the fans were moving enough air to keep the rooms cool so that wasn't an issue for us. Noise from trucks and sirens could be heard at times through the night but wasn't new if you are used to living in an urban setting. They had the sofa bed set up on the living area which was quite spacious and it was easy to fold the bed away during the day so we could relax in the space for a bit if we wanted. The kitchen had a dishwasher, small refrigerator, microwave and a dual washer/dryer unit, which met our needs perfectly. There was even a little container of milk with some dry cereal in the cupboards as well as espresso pods which was a nice touch. We asked for more pods during our stay which was easy to obtain from the reception desk. The big plus to the room which I wasn't expecting was there were TWO bathrooms (one had a shower). This was very appreciated and handy for our family! One small down side to the space was that the apartment was not all one level. When you first enter, there is about a 4 inch step down into the apt and this is also true for the two bathrooms. Our entire group had a couple of near ankle twister moments, "falling" down into the space the first two days and nights! before we became accustomed to the layout. Another issue to take into consideration is that you can feel/hear the rumble of the underground from the apartment, particularly if you are in the living room and sleeping on the sofa bed. It was not as apparent in the bedroom. It wasn't terrible and wasn't so inconvenient that I felt we should ask for another unit. This may not be the case if your unit is not at street level. The area is safe, very close to the tube and Tower of London. I would consider staying there again and ask for a non-street level unit.

Before reading my comments I would say ignore the two poor reviews which I have seen on this website as, if you read between the lines, these are clearly written by unfair people who are making mountains out of molehills. You always get one or two people who will spitefully leave the worst reviews just because they were not supremely pampered or because of some other minor/pointless issue. There's always someone who does this, and I think it is very unfair especially in the case of this fantastic place. We were welcomed upon arrival by Diego who offered a warm, friendly and helpful reception. The building is immaculate and perfectly located, near to Tower Bridge and walking distance to St Katherines Dock (where we had booked a restaurant). The apartment was stunning. Immaculate with top-quality modern fittings throughout. A picture-perfect view of Tower Bridge. Chocolates on the side and milk/water in the fridge. Lovely touches. We only stayed for one night but will definitely return as this is a much better option than a hotel room and, in our case, worked out cheaper for a family of four. Very highly rated indeed!

Joy and Harry were the most generous and engaging staff members who made my stay extremely pleasant and I would recommend this hotel to all business Travellers. The rooms were spacious and kitchens clean, beds were comfortable and staff constantly on hand for your needs.

Das Appartment bzw, eher die Ferienwohnung war in einem Top Zustand, Besonders die schönen und modernen Bäder waren außergewöhnlich. Im Kühlschrank war pro Personen eine Wasserflasche kalt gestellt. Die Damen an der Rezepzion Nivi und Roxanna waren sehr zuvorkommend und waren an Freundlichkeit nicht zu überbieten, auch die Verabschiedung war außergewöhnlich herzlich. Gerne werden wir hier nochmal übernachten und gerne auch ein paar Tage länger!
