Premier Inn London Stratford Reviews

Location is very good, close to Westfield shopping mall and Stratford underground. Check in and out process is very smooth and fast. All staff are very friendly, breakfast is enjoyable. However, the room cleanliness is really low quality, I can see dirty spots on lines and sofa. And I got bite as well.

Great location and perfect if you’re travelling into London via Stansted airport. Only 2 working lifts for 10 floors can be a pain at times

The location of the hotel is okay, but it's not easy to find. I went to the wrong place while carrying 4 big boxes, so I found the second hotel. Although they are not far apart, it is really inconvenient to have a lot of luggage. The rooms are average and the lighting is a bit weird and purple. There is no internet in the room.

Perfect location to get to, went to the O2, jumped in jubilee line from Stratford, less than 10 mins away

Very rude staff and room wasn't tidy or clean and I asked the staff but they wasn't be able to resolve this

As always the hotel was clean and comfortable.The location is ideal for travel around London as Stratford station is central to many underground lines .

Once I had actually managed to find the hotel, as google maps could not seem to direct me to the entrace, I had a fantastic stay. I use Premier Inn through my business regularly, but the staff at Stratford were simply phenomenal without exception. Smiling, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

Standard Premiere Inn - clean and comfy room. Slow internet. Very poor customer service at check-in. We were greeted by a bored looking young man who didn’t smile once and was rude. He was completely disinterested and did not say “welcome” at all.

A full hotel should really have more than 1 bar staff and 1 receptionist, really takes the fun out of the experience of a hotel when it takes 30 mins to order food and drink and check in & out. Soaking wet bathroom upon check in, stinking stairways, no breakfast items being replenished, asked 3 times for items at breakfast. All in all really disappointed

Rooms starting to look tired , furniture in restaurant - bar grubby and tired , the lifts seem to do there own thing , very expensive for our 2 nights , good location for Westfield centre & London stadium

Stayed here recently for two nights with friends and have absolutely no complaints. Location is fantastic. There is a plethora of public transport options right beside the hotel. It's easy and quick to get to London City Airport, the ABBA Arena and even central London. There was even great air conditioning in my room (a standard room) which was a pleasant surprise as it's only listed as being in the Premier Plus rooms on their website. I didn't eat at the hotel but my friends thought the breakfast was sub-par. I'll be back!

Brilliant location if you are seeing an event at London Stadium or on a shopping trip to Westfield shopping centre. It's a weird set up that the reception is on the first floor rather than on the ground floor. Some of the staff didn't really make me feel that welcome and didn't really explain about breakfast or anything, just took my payment and gave me a key card. I got the feeling that some of them maybe lacked confidence?? Room was nice, only bug bear was that the headboard/wall shook everytime someone opened/closed the door from the lift area as its a heavy fire door. Moving my pillow further down the bed and having ear plugs helped me to sleep through this though! We waited about 45mins for our evening meal to appear (the restaurant only had 3 other couples seated so it's not like they were busy!) The staff member gave us a free drink though to make up for it which was nice. On the Friday morning when we went for breakfast, staff were lounging about on the sofas which seemed a bit unprofessional and not what you would expect to see in a hotel.
