Amazing

My stay at Premier Inn London Beckton was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm and friendly demeanor. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally cozy—true to Premier Inn’s reputation—and ensured a restful night’s sleep. The temperature control in the room was perfect, and the blackout curtains were a nice touch. The hotel’s location is fantastic, with the DLR station just a short walk away, making it super convenient to get into central London. Despite its proximity to transport links, the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of hot and cold options. I also appreciated the ample parking and the smooth check-in and check-out process. Premier Inn London Beckton is an excellent choice for anyone visiting London, whether for business or leisure. Great value for money and exceptional service—I’ll definitely be returning!

Hotel is 360 degrees worth. Room, service, food, location: very good. From Heathrow airport take Elisabeth line + light train, walk 100 mt and you are arrived. To Stansted airport take the bus at 100 mt and in 20min you are at Stratford station. Walk for 100 mt and you are connected with the City. Strongly suggested.

The hotel is just a 4-minute walk from DLR Beckton. The hotel has only one restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The closest shops are McDonald's, Asda supermarket, Li Tao Yuan Restaurant and other small shops within a 6-minute walk. If the hotel needs to clean the room, it must notify the front desk before noon that day. As a result, after the notification, I returned to the room that night and found that the room was not cleaned. In addition, the front desk staff has a good attitude and is willing to answer guests' questions.

Can't fault this premier inn. Plenty of parking although is an additional charge. Next to dlr so very handy for oneard travel into London centre and hotel is always clean. Staff always helpful at reception. Three separate blocks of accomodation

The hotel location was excellent as it is close to the main roads to get into London. Also close to a large Asda and McDonald's if you don't fancy having breakfast at the hotel. However the hotel itself is dated and basic and probably the most dated premier inns I've stayed at. I would only recommend if you are looking for a hotel as a night time base rather than spending loads of time in. Car parking was ok but you still have to pay. The hotel was adequate for our needs (three days trip to London) but next time will pay a bit extra to stay in more comfort. The interior is dated and looking tired now and it just needs a complete refurb to bring it up to scratch again

So, this is a mixed review as we LOVED this hotel for lots of reasons. Lovely staff, typical premier inn in terms of the room - you know what you get, FAB breakfast and great location for our needs. BUT, on our last night our car was stolen 😢. I had read reviews about stolen cars/ stolen contents there and thought it wouldn’t happen to us. We left nothing in the car at all. We had been there for 4 nights and went to leave this morning and it was gone! Stolen at 3.30am. We have a Toyota and I’ve googled this and it’s one of 4 Toyotas that I could find stolen there in the last few months. There was also another car stolen this morning. Hotel great, but the carpark not safe. From what I can see this is a regular thing so action needs to be taken by the hotel to make it safe. Lovely trip ruined.

The room was a great base for what we needed. Staff at the hotel were lovely professional & polite. The tea & coffee facilities in the room were sparse and did not offer any decaf options or be replenished the next day. The breakfast was adequate to say the least. The coffee machine was being fixed during breakfast rush (it had been broken for a week) When it was mended the coffee was awful. The toasters were poor & took forever. A commercial one would have been better. The orange juice was anything but orange.

Really kind and helpful staff 👍I made a mistake with the booking...... Neringa and Alexandra helped to sort out without trouble. Thank you for your quick and professional help 🙏

A typical Premier Inn. It is close to Beckton DLR and the Beckton bus station. A small shopping mall is also across the road. Very small rooms and slow free Internet to push their paid premium WiFi (£5 a day). Room and bathroom were clean. In the Premier Inn you have to request a service of your room. Since I was only staying a couple of days, I never requested a cleaning of my room. Premier Inn also doesn't offer toilet paper but has very thin tissues in the bathroom where your fingers will go straight through when cleaning your bottom, so I bought real toilet paper at the ASDA across the road. Another thing is that there windows (I was in am adjacent building in room 705) don't open. Although they have an airflow or airconditioning system, this leaves an unpleasant smell in the rooms after sleeping, because rooms can not be aired properly. And finally, putting up one or two shelves in the rooms would be nice, so guests don't have to live out of their bag. There is hanging space only. But overall, for £85 a night not bad. But do avoid the restaurant at the other side of the parking. They have hardly any staff behind the bar resulting in waiting 20 to 25 minutes for service, the food is not properly heated and is extremely expensive for what is on offer. Your are better off at the McDonald's across the road.

The Staff were extremely helpful, particularly Alexandra who had a great personality, very friendly and extremely helpful and was very quick to sort out all of my potential issues and did it with a friendly, smiling attitude. The food was very good and was ready very quickly, even though it was pretty busy in the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Keep up the good work.

We arrived at this hotel late on a Friday night for a 2 night stay, literally had time to pay for parking (£14.00 per 24h), check-in & grab some food, but our initial impression was not good! Saturday & Sunday we were at For The Love of Fantasy at the Excel, so it was a hectic weekend, wish we'd had time to complain about this hotel sooner than at check-out, because it was so poor. Plus the hotel was showing as full, so even if we had complained sooner than check-out we didn't think they'd be able to move us, apparently that wasn't sufficient for the 'Good Night's Sleep Guarantee'. The corridors of the block we were staying in were shabby, lots of scruffs & marks on the walls, frayed carpets etc. & obviously in need of maintenance/redecoration, unfortunately when we entered our room our opinion deteriorated further.... hole in the carpet under one of the bed wheels, one of the mirror lights not working, peeling paint in the bathroom & bedroom, rusty bath taps & odd stains in the bath, missing safety chain on the door, the list could go on. The exterior of the hotel was no better, when we returned to collect our car on the Sunday there was an abandoned shopping trolley in the car park, rubbish etc. Plus tatty banners & obvious signs the exterior of the buildings needed attention as well. The pub in the grounds where we ate Friday night (no choice due to long journey) & had breakfast was unfortunately to the same standard, sticky, dirty tables, flies around the breakfast buffet etc. I would most definitely not recommend this hotel, the only thing going for it was the proximity was being next door to a train station with direct link to the Excel centre.
