Very clean and the staffs are amazingly friendly. Not a big deal but there was a lack of amenities- no body wash, body cream and whatsoever, and found it a little far from the city center and all the major landmarks. However, the neighborhood is very cute and still had an amazing stay! Thank you.

The hotel is very new, and is on a different floor of the same building as ibis. The room has just been renovated and still has some odor. But from the average environment of London hotels, this mecure is worthy of praise. The room service is not good, the used cups are not wiped in time, the coffee and tea bags are not replenished in time, and the hotel does not provide any slippers and other supplies. In terms of location, it takes 10 minutes to walk to the underground. There are supermarkets, bars, cafes and various restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The surrounding area is relatively safe.

The hotel is joint with Ibis, accor group. The only difference is flooring separation. Checked in was easy and straightforward. Stayed here for 8 nights with breakfast. It’s a new hotel, no review yet from google. The hotel is walking distance to station West Brompton, which allow you to transport to city area within 10 mins. Limited option of restaurants near by, and it took about 15mins of walk to nearest tesco express. First 2 days experience really bad, it was warm in the evening, the centralised air conditioning temperature cant be adjust in my room, even I tried open the windows. Raised my concerns to front desk( that’s another area of improvement l, no phone in the room) and they send technician to serving the machine next day. The breakfast repeated exactly the same for 8 days, which don’t impress me much, standard western breakfast of choice. There is bus stop front of the hotel, can lead you to nearest Fulham cross and Hammersmith road.

The rooms and the service was excellent. Thank you for everything. Sabrina was really kind and helpful. The rooms are newly refurnished. Sleeping here was wonderful. The beds are really comfortable. We did not try the breakfast. I will return!

Mixed opinion on the hotel. Booking a prestige room with espresso machine, water, bathrobes, slippers, beers and wines included. Installed in the room (very good), after a few minutes I realize that there was no oasis of nespresso, no water, no slippers, bathrobes, beers or wine! So I go down to the reception where the receptionist tells me that they will bring up the necessary. The products and machine therefore arrive, in a room like the others because just put like that. So, no difference between the rooms and not the requested service. No problem, but the price is more expensive, so no reason not to have the requested room. Breakfast shared with the Ibis hotel very good, but a little panic with the number of customers. Undrinkable orange juice. Otherwise, nice location and very clean hotel. I would come back if I was sure to have the paid services.

...been a fan of Ibis hotels for over twenty years now. Used them consistently throughout London and elsewhere, too. All have been informally excellent. For normal, average people like us, they’re very hard to beat. Great value for money at a sensible price. Our most recent visit to Ibis Earls Court on 11/10/24 was excellent. Easy to book, easy to park, and everyone...every single person there was so helpful and pleasant to speak to, from the people on reception, to the bar staff, those working so hard in the dining room at breakfast, and all the staff attending to the rooms. Everybody was so friendly, and just plain nice. The room was great, in every way, and breakfast was all you could ask for. What more could want? On occasion we’ve paid a great deal more, for a good deal less. Ten out of ten. Our thanks to everybody who made our stay such a memorable one, including Midi. Passion is indeed all. Well done. As a 4 star hotel the rooms should have basic things like water and bathroom amenities. However, the barnaby restaurant had great food. I was served by a lovely lady called Noura who looked after me and my family. She always recommended us the best dishes and was quick to meet our needs.

I stayed here for one week at Mercure London hotel. The restraint was excellent. Noura gave amazing service would recommend. Inside the hotel there is a restaurant called Barnaby’s. The best food is probably the steak and mac and cheese. Excellent
