Lovely reception staff. Checked in and TV in first room wouldn’t work, promptly moved rooms as there was no maintenance on site. Room was clean and comfortable , modern finishings. I used the pool and I have to say this area let the hotel down slightly. It’s quite tiered looking. Steam room was broken, pool was cold and there were loads of towels just left strewn around the place. Evening meal was ok. Not great. I decided not to venture out as I was travelling alone and just didn’t feel comfortable. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. The chef was really welcoming and there was lots on offer.
