The hotel is very old. The parent-child room is semi-underground and is very small. The sound insulation is also very poor and the living experience is not good. The transportation is relatively convenient, not far from the subway, and it is also convenient to walk to Kensington Park.

Excellent customer service. The property needs some work in the Bathrooms and needs some insect control. Otherwise, it is a comfortable property at a decent rate.

Room on the ground floor was very humid and the bedsheets almost felt wet. The room has a strong smell of basement which was not nice at all.
When we told the staff about our experience they were extremely friendly and helpful and provided us with another room further up in the building that was much better. Aften swopping rooms we were pleased with our stay. Compliments to the very friendly receptionist.
