Although in Zone 3, it’s still very convenient and about 30 min to the London city centre. The room is not small and reception is friendly. But they clean the room only upon departure day, so long stay isn’t recommended. Also there’s no Aircond and could be a bit warm during the summer nights

The person at the front desk was nice and let me check in early. It was a shame that the hotel didn't have a hair dryer.

Location was great and the staff were friendly; however the room wasn’t the cleanest and the window in the room couldn’t be opened. Only 30 mins complimentary WiFi and then £3 per 24 hours.

The thing that bothered me was the overall cleanliness plus room was not very warm could have furnished an extra blanket.

Armando was very welcoming. We'd paid for a 12 noon check in and got there at 11:30am. He checked and our room was ready and he checked us in which we were very grateful for as we had travelled a long distance. He made us feel valued as guests.

I have never been to a hotel more accommodating than this Travelodge. Armando the general manager was exceptional and went above and beyond his duty to overcome an issue unrelated to the hotel. I can’t thank them enough for their support. The staff are always so polite and welcoming, with a smile on their face… I’m sad to leave!! What a wonderfully efficient team.
