Although in Zone 3, it’s still very convenient and about 30 min to the London city centre. The room is not small and reception is friendly. But they clean the room only upon departure day, so long stay isn’t recommended. Also there’s no Aircond and could be a bit warm during the summer nights

The person at the front desk was nice and let me check in early. It was a shame that the hotel didn't have a hair dryer.

Location was great and the staff were friendly; however the room wasn’t the cleanest and the window in the room couldn’t be opened. Only 30 mins complimentary WiFi and then £3 per 24 hours.

The thing that bothered me was the overall cleanliness plus room was not very warm could have furnished an extra blanket.

Great staff looked after us so well (Manuel and Armando) and the room was most comfortable Our first room was on the ground floor which was noisy from the tube but we were able to move to a first floor room which was perfect It’s a pity a glass isn’t provided for drinking water

EXCELLENT customer SERVICE from manager/assistant manager on my check-in DAY today here on 6 October! He saw I'm on 2 crutche¬ looking good. He took the £10 early check-in cash payment.early check-in start at 12pm. He checkd ME in 9-930am. He carried my bags to room.
