Lovely breakfast more like brunch. Rooms are large and well appointed . Some communal areas needs a refresh. Small but nice spa facilities . Variety of restaurants. Liked the bottled milk in tea/ coffee tray. And complimentary Bombay mix. Some work going on in hotel however not noticeable during a weekend stay.

Love everything about this hotel. From the moment we arrive we feel at home. The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Restaurant for breakfast is very busy . There’s a good selection of hot and cold and again the staff are always ensuring you have everything you need.
Another very enjoyable stay.
My only disappointment was that the lobby bar area was closed due to renovations, so it restricted areas to relax around the hotel, but very much looking forward to seeing the upgrades.

We were very happy with the service , we would truly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London, I had heard lot about the breakfast there and was expecting a very big spread .. But it was pretty average .. otherwise it was a very good experience

Average stay, breakfast service was so slow. And was mediocre at best. One working lift from lobby to our rooms meant we were waiting forever for an empty lift as everyone was jumping in on every stop.

Location is near Buckingham Palace, rooms include necessary provisions such as toothpaste, toothbrush, bottled water, jar of snacks, robe and slippers. Staff are very helpful and courteous. Only slight dislike is the strong fragrant smell of bedding the room.
