Kindly upgrades room. Clean and best place to access to London central and train stations. This is the park view.

One of hotel room at 6/F has stinky smell. We requested to change room but the hotel just asked housekeeper to dry clean the washroom. Eventually I have to wash the floor by myself. The experience is not good.

Hotel location is good, about 5-10 minutes walk to nearby Russell Square Underground or Euston Rail station. Room is small but acceptable in price. Breakfast is highly recommended. Traditional English breakfast with many choices and refilled very fast.

Stayed a couple of nights on a weekend break, No complaints but a couple of suggestions : Could do with air con, room was very warm Would prefer proper shower rather than over bath. Breakfast was excellent and great friendly staff.

Basic hotel with good location: 5 min walk to Russell Square station, 10 min to Euston station. Bathroom was very small.

The hotel is conveniently located. Room is clean and quiet. Staff provides good services. Food at restaurant is just okay.

Hotel is located 10 mins walk from Russell Square underground station. Dated hotel with small rooms about 11 sqm. Pricey room rates really. No aircon but has a small table fan and window with small opening. Creaky corridor wooden flooring beneath old carpets. Service level is acceptable.

Rather old hotel with small room. But staff were helpful and pleasant.

The only issue is that rooms are not well isolated so can be noisy especially on a Saturday night! Otherwise staff are great and perfect location. Room is spacious enough. Excellent bath and shower.

Great value hotel in central London! We stayed for two nights and found the location really good as we had transport links from Euston but also it was walking distance to Soho and the theatre district. Lots of nearby coffee shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel bar was nice, good selection of beers and very calm. Breakfast was really good, lots to choose from and certainly left each morning feeling full up for a day of exploring. I would choose to stay here again for visits to London.
