Small bed ( hard mattress) . Small room . Windows near ceiling so if you are claustrophobic this room is not for you . Good breakfast . Good location near the tube station.

The front desk arranged the room in the semi-basement without any explanation. When I asked to change it, they said there were no vacancies on the ground floor.
