We stayed in a Executive King Room. The reception of us, location, is good. But the room maintenance, washroom bath area water spills are not good.
And I found a big Spidey in the room.OMG!! My kid got scared.

No credibility. When I checked in I was told I could get bottled water each day, but when asked for it the next day, I was told the rule has just changed and no bottle water would be given. It is not unusual for hotels that only give bottle water on the first day. However, if you promised something, you should honor it. Will never stay that again.

Check in and check out process was straight forward. The receptionists were professional, kind, always available for any requests.
The room was automated so you could manage the AC, lights and the curtains automatically by clicking on a button.
The hotel was clean, the breakfast was tasty and international. The attention to the guests is the focus of hotel staff and it was really appreciated.
Hotel location near Victoria station and within walking distance of Buckingham palace, Big Ben and Hyde park.

Hotel has always been to my requirements staff very respectful and everything is spot on the only thing is the room interior especially bathroom is getting tired. I been staying here for over 10years.

Was here for a transit. Good location as it’s near the city and Victoria train station. Took a Uber around and it’s very convenient the hotel rate is reasonable and comfortable bed

Took advantage of the great location of the Park Plaza Victoria London hotel to walk to Buckingham Palace, alongside with different restaurants and theatres nearby. But what makes this trip even more wonderful is the superb service of the staff at the hotel. Would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit London!

There were multiple public transportation options (bus&underground) near hotel. It was very convenient. Room condition was great too.
