A highly recommended hotel with excellent facilities and services. The location is also excellent. It is very convenient to live here

Very satisfied, the room service is absolutely professional, cleaning every day, replenishing the necessary items, but will never touch the things placed in the room by the guests. A special mention: the toilet paper roll is super thick, which is not equipped in any high-star hotels at home and abroad that I have stayed in.

The hotel is in a great location, with the canal, London Eye, and Big Ben outside the window, and the scenery is beautiful. You need to tell the front desk about room cleaning, and no one came to clean the room the first time. There was no toothbrush and toothpaste, but toothbrushes were delivered after request. Because of flight delays, I couldn't stay in the Netherlands the first night, so I asked Ctrip to contact the hotel immediately, but they didn't agree to cancel the room, which was a bit unreasonable.

The location is very good. It is behind the London Eye and a five-minute walk from Big Ben. You can see it right outside the hotel. The hotel entrance is relatively hidden, so it is a bit inconvenient to order takeout. However, the service is very good. The staff is very enthusiastic to help us communicate with the takeout guy. Our room is a disabled room. It is very large, but there is an internal connecting door, so the soundproofing is average.
