The Staff was so sweet and friendly, she knew it was my birthday she wrote me a birthday card and offered some drinks, the location is fantastic right in front the London eye.

Lovely lovely lovely! Great location, great view. The London eye is just outside the window. The services is great and friendly. Bergit is very friendly. Will come back again.

to sum up my review: I did expect more of a category 8 Marriott hotel.... pros: staff is very friendly location (not in the heart of things but easy access by public transportation) very spacious rooms amenities (including robes, coffee machine and more) view from room indoor pool cons: long walk to the room (long hallways, require quite some walking) breakfast is a-la-cart which limits your choice and variety curtains do not provide real black-out towels of medium quality

The hotel is in a great location. They arranged a satisfactory room for me only after I asked for a refund. I could see the Ferris wheel while lying on the bed. The elevator is too far away. I have to walk many steps to get to the room. I will not stay in this hotel again!

This hotel has no advantages except for its location, and the decoration smells bad! There are also decoration workers coming in and out during the day, and the floor is covered with film, which is very dirty! When we checked in on the third night, we paid to upgrade to a suite with a view. The front desk checked for half an hour and told us with certainty that there were two rooms available for us. The deposit was paid. If the air conditioner in the room we were given on the first night was not broken, we went to the front desk to change the room, and we were told that the room for the third night could not be given to us. We actually found out about this passively, and no one took the initiative to call us to negotiate. This is Marriott's service. Shocked! I encountered a terrible thing on my first night in London, and we quarreled and negotiated until midnight. I was really disappointed.

The hotel environment is good, the room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The view from the window is OK, just like the photos on Ctrip. The service attitude is still very good, and there is nothing unsatisfactory. The hotel's location is very advantageous. It is a check-in point for tourists to take photos, and you can also take the London Eye. There is a Chinese restaurant near the hotel, the price is very conscientious, and the food is good. Overall, it is very convenient and recommended.

The location is great. The subway station is nearby, and the London Eye and Westminster Abbey are right in front of you. City Walk is really convenient for staying here. I also met TVB’s Alan Kuo and his wife for breakfast on the last day.

The building was renovated from a palace, the location is excellent, and the breakfast is also very exquisite. However, there are few elevators and the corridors are very long. My room No. 11 has to walk 260 steps to the elevator entrance
