This hotel is very near to Trafalgar Square. Many eateries around 6 streets from roundabout. Walking distance to Big Ben and you can walk to the golden jubilee bridge And you can view the London eye. All within walking distance from hotel. Very convenient.

The hotel is located in a great location, minutes walk from different Tube stations and close to the National Gallery. You can also take a nice walk up the Mall through the garden and towards Buckingham Palace. And you can get to Chinatown within 15 minutes walk and Covent Garden within 10 minutes walk. The hotel is a bit old but they have maintained it well.

I stayed in this hotel all the time in London, and the transportation is very convenient. Easy to walk everywhere. It's central London location.

The location is extremely good, the surrounding subway stations, train stations, etc. are very convenient, there are many restaurants, the square, China Town, and the National Art Museum are very close, and there are many parks by the Thames River, all of which are good places for walking. Also within walking distance are Westminster Abbey and Buckingham Palace. The exterior of the building is also very grand, the lobby, restaurants and other public facilities are great, it looks like a luxury hotel (and the price is indeed). But the room is a bit disappointing, it is too small, and it is very low, a bit depressing. It is said that it is a 1.5-1.8-meter bed, but it is actually only 1.5 meters. I asked the front desk that there is no 1.8-meter bed at all (or she didn't want to give us a room with a 1.8-meter bed). The facilities and furniture in the room are also simple, the windows are small, and the bathroom is very small. It feels like a domestic two-star level. Considering the high cost of land in central London, it is understandable, but still very disappointing.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of tourist area - easy access to many sights and within walking distance to shows and many sights. As with everything in London, quite pricey.

Excellent location , between Victoria Embankment and Trafalgar Sq. Whitehall and charring cross nearby. Fast and easy check in and check out.

Here for spring break with my family. Everything was so wonderful! Especially loved the lounge area to enjoy a coffee. Definitely recommend.

Lovely commutable bed in a clean and fairly large room. Fittings a bit worn but still fine. Didn't like the shower curtain, plenty of room for a door of some kind. Nice large fluffy towels. Only real negative was that they did not respond to our text for some more milk. Service offered said to just text if there was anything you wanted. Overall, for the price and location it was excellent.

We LOVED our stay at The Grand! It was super convenient for the tube and very close to major attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was immaculate. Who could ask for more??
